Ma Huateng teased friends and businessmen at the annual meeting and staged a Cantonese song to send blessings!

At the annual meeting of Tencent held in Shenzhen, Chairman and CEO Ma Huateng made a profound summary and comment on the company’s development in the past year. Ma Huateng not only showed his profound understanding of the company’s business, but also skillfully incorporated elements of light humor into his speech, which left a deep impression on the employees present and people who paid attention to the meeting.

In his speech, Ma Huateng vividly described the state of market competition and friendly business with a vivid metaphor. He compared friends and businessmen to a big family, in which the "big brother" (that is, the market leader) had a harmonious family when it developed smoothly, but once it encountered weak growth, family conflicts surfaced. He pointed out that many friends have not yet realized the seriousness of the situation and are still spending without restraint. This ridicule is not only vivid, but also implies a profound observation of the internal dynamics of the industry.

When talking about the current situation of Tencent, Ma Huateng expressed a firm and confident attitude. Although Tencent ranks fourth in revenue and third in profit among Internet platform enterprises, he emphasizes that quality and sustainability are more important. In Ma Huateng’s view, every business of Tencent should pursue "evergreen", that is, continuous vitality and growth potential. He encourages employees to find and cultivate "new shoots" in their own fields to ensure the company’s continuous innovation and development.

One of the highlights of the annual meeting is that Ma Huateng personally took the stage to perform programs for employees. He sang the Cantonese version of Blessing You and interacted with employees during the performance, which undoubtedly strengthened the emotional connection with employees and showed his affinity and personality charm as a business leader.

Netizens have different opinions on Ma Huateng, but many people admire his true and cordial image, especially his eyes of "no more, no less, just two", which seems to be a symbol of his frank and sincere attitude.

Tencent’s annual meeting is not only a summary of the work in the past year, but also a prospect for the future. Ma Huateng’s speech and performance added a touch of bright color to the annual meeting, and also pointed out the direction for the company’s future development. In this ever-changing market environment, Tencent is firmly on the road of sustainable development in its unique way. Let’s wait and see, and expect Tencent to continue to write brilliant chapters in the future!

Interpretation of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Improving the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles

Recently, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "four ministries") jointly issued the Notice on Adjusting and Perfecting the Subsidy Policy for New Energy Vehicles (Cai Jian [2020] No.86, hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). The relevant contents are now interpreted as follows:

  I. Background of the promulgation of the Notice

In accordance with the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the Ministry of Finance, together with relevant departments, has strongly supported the development of new energy automobile industry since 2009. Thanks to the joint efforts of all parties, the key technologies of new energy vehicles in China have made remarkable progress, and the product performance has been significantly improved. The annual sales volume has increased from less than 500 vehicles in 2009 to 1.206 million vehicles in 2019, ranking first in the world for five consecutive years.

Affected by multiple unfavorable factors, the sales of new energy vehicles in China decreased by 4.0% year-on-year in 2019. Coupled with the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the sales of new energy vehicles decreased by 56.4% from January to March. Extending the subsidy support policy is conducive to hedging the impact of the epidemic, promoting automobile market consumption, improving comprehensive competitiveness and promoting high-quality industrial development. On the basis of in-depth follow-up investigation and soliciting opinions from all sides, the four ministries and commissions have formed a subsidy policy plan for new energy vehicles in 2020, and issued the above Notice after approval.

Second, the basic idea of improving the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles

Implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, maintain support for the new energy automobile industry, make precise policies, and promote the high-quality development of the industry. First, we should keep the word steady, comprehensively consider technological progress, scale effect and other factors, reasonably extend the subsidy policy that was originally scheduled to expire at the end of 2020 to the end of 2022, and smooth the intensity and pace of subsidy retreat. The second is to help the superior and the strong, appropriately optimize the technical threshold, set the liquidation threshold, guide local rational investment and enterprises to "practice their internal strength", promote superior enterprises to become bigger and stronger, accelerate the withdrawal of backward production capacity, and improve industrial concentration. The third is to highlight key points, implement differentiated subsidies according to application fields, improve policy accuracy, and accelerate the process of electrification of public transportation and vehicles in specific fields. The fourth is to implement responsibilities and strengthen supervision. Improve supporting policies, implement the responsibilities of relevant parties, strengthen fund supervision, and further create a good ecology for industry development.

Iii. Consideration of extending the subsidy period

According to the decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the central government has subsidized the purchase of new energy vehicles since 2009. According to the original plan, by the end of 2020, China’s new energy vehicles can achieve the goal of 5 million vehicles set in the Development Plan for Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Industry (2012-2020), and then through the relay of non-subsidy policy, the industry will gradually realize market-oriented development, and the subsidy policy will be withdrawn after achieving the expected goal.

According to the new situation of industrial development, in view of the problems existing in industrial development, in order to promote automobile consumption, the the State Council executive meeting on March 31 decided to extend the subsidy policy for the purchase of new energy vehicles due at the end of 2020 for two years. Main considerations:

The first is to help solve problems and promote high-quality industrial development. The development of new energy vehicles in China started early and made a good start, but there are still some practical difficulties at present, and the cost of new energy vehicles is still high, making it difficult to compete with traditional vehicles. Continued support is needed to consolidate and expand the hard-won development achievements.

The second is to conform to the development trend and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness. From the development trend of international automobile industry, electrification is the direction of transformation and upgrading. Developed countries such as Europe and America are increasing their support. In this case, it is necessary to continue the fiscal and taxation policy support for new energy vehicles, maintain a good development momentum, and enhance industrial competitiveness.

The third is to hedge the impact of the epidemic and promote automobile consumption. The COVID-19 epidemic has had a great impact on the new energy vehicle market. Extending preferential support policies will help stimulate market consumption, hedge the impact of the epidemic, and also help support related industries and enterprises to speed up the resumption of work and production.

Fourth, the consideration of properly optimizing technical indicators

In recent years, the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles adheres to the policy orientation of "supporting the excellent and strengthening the strong", and promotes the obvious progress of new energy vehicle technology through measures such as continuously raising the technical threshold. The driving range of pure electric passenger cars increased from an average of about 160 kilometers in 2015 to an average of about 350 kilometers in 2019, the average power consumption decreased from about 17 kWh/100 kilometers in 2015 to about 14 kWh/100 kilometers in 2019, and the energy density of power battery system increased from about 95 Wh/kg in 2015 to about 150 Wh/kg in 2019.

At present, the technology of new energy vehicle products has entered a stage of steady improvement, and the contradiction between improving the energy density of power battery system and product safety has appeared. To this end, the four ministries and commissions, in accordance with the principles of advanced technology, reliable quality and guaranteed safety, maintain the overall stability of the technical index system, give stable expectations to enterprises, and promote enterprises to further improve the technical level and safety and reliability of products. In 2020, most technical indicators will remain unchanged, and in principle, they will remain stable in 2021 -2022, and will be appropriately adjusted according to technological progress and industrial development. At the same time, support the development of new business models such as "separation of vehicles and electricity" and encourage enterprises to develop and produce new energy automobile products with advanced underlying operating systems, electronic and electrical system architecture and intelligent networking characteristics.

Five, speed up the consideration of public transport and specific areas of electrification.

In the field of public transportation, vehicles have high fuel consumption and large pollution emissions, and the pollution emissions of each medium-sized fuel bus are 11.8 times that of passenger cars. The proportion of electric vehicles in public transportation and specific fields in China is low. According to preliminary statistics, by the end of 2019, there were more than 10 million vehicles in official business, urban public transport, road passenger transport, rental, network contract, sanitation, urban logistics and distribution, postal express delivery, airports, ports and mines, and the proportion of electric vehicles was less than 7%. Accelerating electrification is conducive to achieving multiple goals such as rapidly stimulating consumption, expanding industrial scale, reducing pollution emissions and reducing oil dependence on foreign countries.

In order to promote the electrification of public transport and specific areas and promote the consumption of new energy vehicles, this policy adjustment has increased support for the above areas, and the subsidy standard will not decline in 2020. When subsidizing capital settlement, the four ministries and commissions will comprehensively refer to the announcement, driving license, vehicle users, national monitoring platform and other multi-angle information, and conduct on-site verification to comprehensively determine the vehicle categories in various fields.

VI. Consideration and operation methods for setting the annual subsidy ceiling of 2 million vehicles.

The development of new energy automobile industry ultimately depends on the power of the market. In the early stage of industrial development, reducing the cost gap between new energy vehicles and traditional vehicles through subsidies will help to expand the scale and start the market quickly. With the continuous expansion of production and sales scale, there will be scale effect, the gap with traditional cars will be narrowed, and subsidies and other policies will be gradually withdrawn accordingly.

It is an international practice to set the upper limit of subsidy scale. The federal government of the United States stipulates that consumers will no longer enjoy the tax credit after the car companies with accumulated sales of more than 200,000 vehicles complete the slope retreat within one year. Britain, Germany and California set a ceiling on the total size of subsidy funds and adopt a first-come-first-served system.

With reference to international experience, China has set an annual upper limit of 2 million vehicles to support the promotion of new energy vehicles from 2020, accounting for about 8% of China’s total annual automobile sales. According to this scale, by 2022, the scale benefit of the new energy vehicle industry will be further improved, the comprehensive cost performance of products will be further improved, and with the effective relay of non-subsidy policies, the industry can gradually make a smooth transition to market-oriented development.

In terms of specific operation, according to the licensing data of new energy vehicles, when the annual sales volume is close to 2 million vehicles, the four ministries and commissions will issue a notice in advance to clarify the adjustment time of subsidy standards. At the same time, leave a transition period for enterprises to ensure a stable market.

Seven, set the price limit of 300 thousand yuan to consider and specific measures.

Drawing lessons from the practices of the United States, Germany, Britain, France and other countries, in order to avoid a large amount of subsidy funds flowing to luxury consumption, taking into account the purchasing power level of Chinese consumers, industrial development and other factors, this policy requires that the price of new energy passenger cars before subsidies should be below 300,000 yuan (including 300,000 yuan). In the specific implementation process, the four ministries and commissions will take the total amount of price and tax in the unified invoice for motor vehicle sales and the official guidance price of products as the reference basis. Relevant departments will include this in the scope of new energy vehicle subsidy liquidation verification, and enterprises that take subsidies in violation of regulations will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations. In order to encourage the innovation and development of new business models such as "electricity exchange", the price limit requirement of 300,000 yuan is not implemented for new energy automobile products adopting the "electricity exchange" model.

Eight, adjust the fuel cell vehicle subsidies.

Since 2009, the four ministries and commissions have supported the promotion of fuel cell vehicles by giving consumers purchase subsidies. With the support of policies, by the end of 2019, China had promoted more than 6,500 fuel cell vehicles, built more than 50 hydrogen refueling stations, and formed more than 400 start-ups. The enthusiasm of social capital to invest in fuel cell vehicles was significantly improved. At present, the development of fuel cell vehicle industry faces some problems, mainly: lack of core technology and key components, weak innovation consciousness and ability; Insufficient infrastructure construction; The limitations of the subsidy policy on the consumer side in promoting the industrial chain and infrastructure construction are increasingly apparent.

In view of the problems existing in the industry, the current purchase subsidy policy for fuel cell vehicles is adjusted to select some cities to focus on key technologies of fuel cell vehicles, carry out demonstration applications of fuel cell industrialization, and form a development model of fuel cell vehicles with reasonable layout, different emphases and coordinated promotion. The demonstration will last for four years. During the demonstration period, the central government will reward the demonstration cities according to the results-oriented, and support local enterprises to carry out research and development of new technologies, industrialization, talent introduction and team building, and demonstration and application of new technologies in fuel cell vehicles.

IX. Specific measures to strengthen fund supervision

Enterprises and localities are responsible for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles. The local lead department for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles shall, jointly with other relevant departments, strengthen management, strictly implement the process of review, publicity and reporting, and simultaneously publicize the verification results on the portal website of the lead department for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles and the portal website of the Communication Clearing Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (www.miitcfc.cn), and indicate the publicity time, publicity link and other contents in the subsidy application materials. Failing to publicize or indicate as required, the four ministries and commissions will not accept the subsidy application materials reported by the local authorities.

The four ministries will further strengthen supervision and management. Clues involving fraud and fraudulent subsidies will be investigated and severely punished, and places and enterprises that lack supervision and cause fraudulent compensation will be dealt with severely according to regulations. The reporting telephone number is 010-68206302, the e-mail address is xnybz@miitcfc.cn, and the mailing address of paper materials is Communication Clearing Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, No.13 West Chang ‘an Street, Beijing, with the postcode of 100804.

Reasonable diet and balanced nutrition

Reasonable diet is one of the four cornerstones of health and the foundation of health care.

▲ Physical health and nutrition complement each other

Traditional Chinese medicine attaches great importance to the relationship between diet and health care, and believes that a proper diet is the basis for living and prolonging life. A balanced diet guarantees the human body’s nutritional needs and healthy life to the greatest extent. Human foods are diverse, and the nutritional components contained in various foods are not exactly the same. Therefore, a variety of foods are needed to meet the various nutritional needs of the human body and achieve the purpose of reasonable nutrition and health promotion. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the human body has different constitutions, and all foods also have the characteristics of warmth, coolness, moistening, dryness, tonic and diarrhea. In the choice of food, attention should be paid to the suitability of the human body’s constitutional attributes. The so-called "those who are suitable for health care, those who are not suitable for health care".

▲ "Potato" is my first.

Potatoes include potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava, etc. Potatoes contain a lot of vitamins and have the effect of tonifying strength. The best way to eat is steaming. On this basis, you can add some tricks, such as baking sweet potatoes with cheese. Especially suitable for qi deficiency, lack of vitality, often feel tired, short of breath, spontaneous sweating and so on.

▲ Excellence in "Valley"

Cereals include rice, flour and miscellaneous grains. Millet enters the spleen, stomach and kidney meridians, which can strengthen the spleen and stomach, nourish yin and nourish blood. It is best to drink a bowl of millet porridge every morning. It is especially suitable for people with peaceful constitution, harmonious yin and yang, qi and blood, moderate posture, rosy complexion and full of energy.

▲ Blood "meat" is affectionate.

Animal foods include livestock, poultry and fish. Turtle can strengthen yang and tonify yin deficiency, and it can be made into Lycium barbarum Shayuan turtle soup, which is drunk twice a month, especially for people with yin deficiency constitution, such as thin body, dry mouth and dry throat; Mutton is rich in protein. Chinese medicine believes that it can tonify kidney and strengthen yang, warm the middle and dispel cold, especially suitable for people with yang deficiency, insufficient yang, tepid hands and feet, fear of cold and fear of cold, and people with yang deficiency can drink mutton tofu soup once a week; Donkey meat, "Rihuazi Materia Medica" pointed out: "Donkey meat can relieve anxiety and stop wind madness." It is a good product to improve qi stagnation. You can eat lobster sauce donkey meat once a week, especially for people with qi stagnation, qi stagnation, depression and worry about fragility. Science has proved that running can prolong life.

According to the French magazine "Ms. Figaro", the latest research in the United States shows that every hour of running can prolong life by 7 hours.

The latest research shows that running is the best way to prolong life. At the end of March, the journal Progress in Cardiovascular Disease published a study by researchers from the University of Iowa. The study shows that even if you smoke and drink occasionally, the average life expectancy of people who run regularly is three years longer than that of people who don’t run. [detailed]

"Walk a hundred steps after a meal and live ninety-nine" is accused of being unreliable.

People often say that "you can live ninety-nine if you walk a hundred steps after a meal." In modern society, the pressure of work during the day is great, and walking after meals has become a "standard" in many people’s lives. However, Qian Popo of Wuhan Evergreen Garden went out for a walk not long ago and suddenly fainted.

Expert’s comment: Walking slowly after a meal is good for health, and walking fast is easy to hurt digestive function. Especially for the elderly suffering from coronary heart disease, hypertension and other diseases, don’t go quickly after meals, otherwise it will increase the heart load, make the blood supply to the heart and brain insufficient, and cause dizziness, dizziness, fatigue, numbness and other symptoms. [detailed]

A brisk walk of 6,000 steps is enough.

Walking is the most affordable way of health care. A few days ago, researchers at Stanford University in the United States analyzed the activity level of residents in 46 countries and regions around the world based on the number of walking steps per day. The results show that Hong Kong, China and Chinese mainland are the top two favorite places to go.

Lu Yuanzhen, a professor of sports sociology at South China Normal University, said that in order to be healthy, 10,000 steps should be taken every day, but this 10,000 steps should also be considered according to the situation. If you walk slowly, including sporadic walking every day, 10,000 steps of exercise is acceptable, but if you choose to walk quickly, 6,000 steps a day is enough. [detailed]

[Life routine]

"Don’t eat after noon" regimen is very harmful! Gastrointestinal damage is particularly serious.

"Don’t eat after noon, especially at night!" In the eyes of many people who love "keeping in good health", this statement is deeply rooted in people’s hearts, but this practice is really out of the question for cheat people.

Recently, it was reported that a 29-year-old man insisted on not eating dinner for five years, resulting in two large ulcers in his stomach.

The saying "no food after noon" comes from Buddhism, "no food after noon, less appetite, can reduce the desire of men and women; Can get a light body and mind, let the stomach get a proper rest … ",for monks, after each meal, they mainly meditate and practice, which consumes less calories. For those of us who have to walk thousands of steps every day and whose brains need to run rapidly, it is really unscientific to stop eating after lunch. [detailed]

Meridian sleep health? It’s dangerous for three kinds of people to take a nap!

According to the health preserving theory of TCM, "meridian sleep" is a good way of health preserving, and "noon" is the time when the body’s menstrual qi "unites yang", which is beneficial to nourishing yang. However, recently, some German scholars pointed out that taking a nap in three groups of people who are overweight by 20%, have low blood pressure and have serious obstacles in the blood circulation system has disadvantages rather than advantages.

"This is not unexpected." Chief physician Zhang Ming, a cardiovascular expert at Nanjing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, said. The key to taking a nap is to find the right rest time for different people. For overweight people, taking a nap can easily aggravate obesity, so you might as well sleep for 20 ~ 30 minutes before lunch instead.

For people with low blood pressure, when taking a nap, the blood flow is slow, and the blood with high viscosity is easy to form thrombus on the blood vessel wall, which may induce the risk of stroke. Patients with low blood pressure should not take a long nap, and it is best to take half an hour. [detailed]

The length of life is not because of aging and illness, but depends on it!

Don’t stay up late, go to bed before 11: 00 at night. Get up at 7: 00 in the morning. Take a nap for half an hour at noon.

The emperor’s breakfast, the minister’s Chinese food and the beggar’s dinner.

According to the advocacy of many health experts, it should be: have a full breakfast, have a good lunch and eat less dinner. But in reality, many white-collar workers and workers just skip breakfast, make do with lunch and have a full dinner.

It is easy to get cholecystitis if you don’t eat breakfast for a long time, and it is easy to get stomach trouble if you don’t eat lunch on time. No picky eaters, no smoking, no drinking. Be sure to eat more vegetables at every meal. [detailed]

【 Precautions 】

Want to live a long life, remember the six "micro" of health

Recently, scientists have suggested that being slightly fat (10% slightly overweight), slightly cool (about 20 degrees), slightly hungry, slightly sweaty, slightly stupid and smiling are easy to live a long and healthy life. Reasonable diet is an important part of health management, which should not only pay attention to nutrition, but also prevent overnutrition. At the same time, we should also pay attention to how to clean up free radicals in the body. The main measures are: mastering the dietary balance, controlling the total amount, living within our means, and not being partial to food or overeating according to our own hobbies. [detailed]

Are you still wiping your face with this towel? Really sweat for you.

Towel is a three-dimensional fiber fabric with terry. Frequent use will make the terry layer remain dirty and difficult to clean.

People’s Hospital of Peking University once conducted an experiment: new towels, towels that have been used for 3 months and towels that have been used for more than 6 months were cultured separately. It was found that the colonies of new towels were about 100 orders of magnitude per square centimeter, and those of towels that were used for 3 months were about 10,000 orders of magnitude, while those that were used for 6 months were almost full of colonies, about 1 million orders of magnitude.

Therefore, it is recommended to change towels in two to three months. [detailed]

Does the bowl soak or not? Bacteria will grow wild.

Modern families are mainly small families with three or four people, and many families only cook once a day, so sometimes, when they are lazy, they like to soak the bowl first and save two meals to wash. In this process, bacteria began to breed constantly, causing harm to family members. It is suggested that used bowls and chopsticks should not be soaked in the basin for too long, and should be cleaned within 4 hours. [detailed]

30 million to 0! China originally relied on this "shortcut" to eliminate malaria.

Cctv news(Reporter Zhu Chunyan): On June 30th, the WHO issued a press release saying that China was officially certified by WHO to eliminate malaria. The communique said that the reduction of malaria cases in China from 30 million in the 1940s to zero was a remarkable feat.

Malaria is one of the most dangerous infectious diseases in the development of human history. For decades, scientific research forces from many countries in the world have been continuously involved in the fight against malaria. China scientific research project team, relying on the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, embarked on a "shortcut" that the western world could not reach.

Nowadays, artemisinin, an anti-malaria drug developed by China, has saved millions of lives all over the world. China’s strategy to eliminate malaria has been written into WHO technical documents and promoted to other countries.

The plague that "abused" the Millennium

Malaria is an ancient infectious disease, and the word "abuse" has been found in Oracle Bone Inscriptions of Yin and Shang Dynasties 3,500 years ago. Bai Juyi, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, also described the horrific scene of the plague: when he smelled the Lushui in Yunnan, the pepper bloomed. The army waded like soup, but not ten people died.

Malaria is an acute parasitic infection caused by plasmodium, which is mainly transmitted by the bite of infected mosquitoes or through blood transfusion. After suffering from malaria, people will have a sharp high fever, sweating all over, and sometimes it is cold and sometimes it is hot. People in China call malaria a "flutter".

If people are not treated in time after being infected, the mortality rate of falciparum malaria is as high as 40%. At the beginning of the 20th century, there were 30,000 people in Simao, Yunnan. After 30 years of repeated malaria epidemics, there were only 900 people left in Simao. Malaria is a tropical disease. In the south of the Yangtze River, people once turned pale at the smell of "abuse".

In fact, malaria plagues all mankind. Chloroquine was once the most effective drug to treat malaria. During World War II, the United States produced tons of chloroquine, saving tens of thousands of American soldiers suffering from malaria from death. In 1960, the cure rate of chloroquine and other antimalarial drugs for malaria patients was close to 97%, but a few years later, plasmodium became resistant to various antimalarial drugs including chloroquine, and the cure rate dropped to 21%. With the frequent migration of people, drug-resistant plasmodium travels around the world, which makes the emergence of drug resistance expand continuously, and the scene of human struggle with malaria is out of control again.

In order to solve this problem, the U.S. military has set up a malaria commission to carry out research on new antimalarial chemicals. From 1965 to 1975, the US Army Medical Research Institute alone invested $450 million in antimalarial drugs. By 1972, the United States had screened 214,000 compounds.

Meanwhile, China is also developing drug-resistant malaria drugs. On May 23, 1967, the State Science and Technology Commission and the General Logistics Department of China People’s Liberation Army jointly held a meeting and assigned a secret scientific research task. The task was named "Project 523" with the secret code of the meeting date of May 23rd. More than 500 people from more than 60 units all over the country formed a scientific research team with division of labor and began to develop drug-resistant malaria drugs.

Find another way to find a "shortcut"

At that time, China could not compete with western countries in scientific research and medical treatment. Under such circumstances, the "523" project team decided to use modern medical means to extensively screen available chemicals, and at the same time find another way — — Looking for a new breakthrough from traditional Chinese medicine.

"Chinese medicine does not come from the laboratory, but from people." Jiang Tingliang of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine said that Chinese medicine comes from the experience accumulated from patients for thousands of years. This accumulated information is the advantage of Chinese medicine, and the project team can look for answers from Chinese medicine with goals.

Many ancient Chinese medical books prove that Chinese discovered a surprising number of natural medicines from nature very early. There are many prescriptions for malaria treatment in ancient medical books in China, among which there are nearly 5,000 kinds of herbs selected in a targeted way. It is no longer a needle in a haystack to define the scope and find the convenience of medicine, and the "523" project team has embarked on a shortcut that the western world can’t reach.

In January 1969, Tu Youyou undertook the task of "523" project as a middle-aged researcher in Beijing Institute of Chinese Medicine. In the process of consulting a large number of ancient books, Tu Youyou found that it was mentioned in "Elbow Backup Emergency Prescription" written in 304 AD that drinking Artemisia annua juice can treat malaria. Tu Youyou was inspired by this and started the road of repeated experiments and verification.

At the beginning of 1973, the Beijing Institute of Chinese Medicine got the crystal of Artemisia annua, and then its antimalarial effect was confirmed in other areas. The "523" project office named Artemisia annua crystal artemisinin.

During this period, the United States invested hundreds of millions of dollars to develop a new antimalarial drug mefloquine. However, the plasmodium became resistant to mefloquine soon after it was put on the market. Different from mefloquine, artemisinin has a brand-new chemical structure, which is a compound composed of only three elements: carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.

Plasmodium has no resistance to this new structure obtained from Chinese herbal medicine. After artemisinin enters the human body, it will cause the change of iron in red blood cells, so that plasmodium, which eats hemoglobin in red blood cells for a living, will starve to death because it cannot eat.

In 1974, falciparum malaria broke out in Gengma, Yunnan, where plasmodium had developed resistance to chloroquine. After 18 cases of clinical observation, artemisinin has been proved to be completely able to treat malaria.

  China’s gift to the world.

In January 1976, malaria broke out in Cambodia, which was difficult to control because of its serious drug resistance. At the request of Cambodia, China sent a malaria prevention and control delegation to Cambodia, and at the same time carried a batch of artemisinin. As a result, artemisinin is equally effective in Cambodia, saving the lives of a large number of patients.

Over the years, from Southeast Asia to Africa, artemisinin therapy has saved millions of lives and brought hope to people in poverty-stricken areas accompanied by malaria.

In 2015, Tu Youyou won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. At the award ceremony in Stockholm, Tu Youyou said, "Artemisinin is a gift from Chinese medicine to the world", and traditional Chinese medicine is a great treasure house, which can bring greater benefits to human health.

Pedro Alonso, director of WHO’s Global Malaria Program, said that for decades, China has been able to jump out of its traditional mode of thinking, which has played a very good role in China’s response to malaria and had a significant impact on the global scale. The government and people of China have been looking for innovative ways to accelerate the elimination of malaria.

WHO believes that there are many key experiences in the success of malaria control in China, including providing basic public health services for residents free of charge, effective multi-sectoral cooperation, and the "1-3-7" monitoring strategy that has been strictly observed in recent years — — Report the case within 1 day, complete the case review and transfer within 3 days, and carry out the investigation and disposal of epidemic spots within 7 days. This monitoring strategy is characterized by rapid response, which can effectively complete case handling and prevent further spread of malaria. It has been written into WHO technical documents and promoted to other countries.

"China has been certified by WHO to eliminate malaria, which is good news for China and the world." "Eliminating malaria is also a great contribution made by China to human health and the progress of human rights in the world." China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said. Is it really useful for young people who stay up late and return to blood to drink health drinks? | Summer Table Guide ③

Busy young people are gradually reluctant to spend time in the kitchen, but they can’t eat without a sense of ceremony. Want to indulge, quality and health are also valued; Want to be careful, but also willing to pay for emotional value. Pre-cooked vegetables, minority milk, health drinks, sky-high ice cream, online celebrity fruits and canned fast food, all kinds of new food categories emerge one after another, and the price ceiling keeps breaking through. Merchants stimulate young people’s picky taste buds through various marketing methods. At the same time, the epidemic situation also invisibly affects the dietary consumption habits of a generation.

Are these new foods favored by young people healthy? In addition to Yan value nutrition, is it also resistant to fighting? How should we choose the food that suits us? 澎湃 The special high-quality creator of the hacker’s new knowledge column launched "Young people who don’t fire, do you eat reliably?" "topic, talk about the dining table of young people in summer.

Recently, online celebrity stayed up all night and ran out of water, which showed us the "punk health philosophy" of this young people. How to play the two extremes, I have to say, this is a "model." The advanced spiritual supremacism makes young people easily get rid of the shackles of the secular world and live their true selves in this "world of flowers and flowers", but they also know that "the body is the capital of the revolution", so there is a drama scene like a paragraph: the longest night, the most expensive mask; Drinking Lycium barbarum, dancing with knee pads … perfectly explains what it means to be safe in the world, and not live up to staying up late.

Life is a joke, but young people seem to be serious about keeping in good health. Protein powder, meal replacement milkshake, fish oil, liver protection tablets, health drinks … These are not surprising at the young people’s table. According to the report on the trend of young people’s health care consumption released by CBNData, 57% of the post-90s generation have started health care, and 9% of them pay great attention to it and even become a habit. Food supplements the trend, makeup and food are of the same origin, and relying on "eating" for health preservation has become the only way for this young people. At the same time, a series of problems caused by staying up late have attracted special attention. Why staying up late is inevitable? Everyone must have different answers.

Early C and late A, drama-chasing games … Why does staying up late become a common practice?

For contemporary young people, what is as unattainable as wealth freedom is the freedom of sleep. Although as early as 2007, the World Health Organization defined staying up late as a category 2A carcinogen, in the 2021 Sleep Report released by 36Kr, nearly half of them didn’t go to sleep until after 12 o’clock, and after 00, they became the champion of staying up late. More than half of them were passively influenced by emotions and work, and emotional stress, temptation of electronic equipment and oppression of work rhythm became the TOP3 incentives for staying up late.

On the one hand, the rise of emerging industries such as the Internet has provided great opportunities for contemporary young people, but behind the glamour, hard work is bound to be paid. Most Internet practitioners can’t escape the curse of working overtime, and what’s more, they are faced with irresistible pressure factors such as creative bottlenecks and chasing hot spots. As a result, the Internet has also become the industry with the second largest number of people staying up late. In addition, advertising marketing, retail, media, education and training are also on the list of staying up late. Most young people say that they are occupied by work and study during the day, and only belong to themselves at night. Retaliatory staying up late has become the main reason for young people to stay up late, and electronic products in their hands can’t stop even if they are brushed.

On the other hand, nightlife has gradually developed into a beautiful "landscape" in the circle of young people, as if they can be free forever at night. Nightclubs, pubs, night markets and even roadside teeth have become good places for young people to release themselves. According to the analysis of post-90s consumption trend data, post-90s, as the main force of play, contributed 70% of entertainment and leisure orders. Day and night are the AB side of the city and the two sides of the life of modern young people.

However, at night, the pleasure of the spirit and the endurance of the body are often contrary, and the health problems caused by irregular work and rest, such as staying up late and drinking, also cause problems that cannot be ignored. The trillion-dollar demand has also spawned a new outlet in reverse. The food that stays up late is becoming more and more popular, and the functional scenes are constantly being divided. Whether it is skin management, weight management or emotional management, you can find a counterpart "tonic", and "staying up to make up" has become the normal life of young people.

From skin to liver protection, there are endless health drinks.

According to the data of Prospective Industry Research Institute, in recent years, the market scale of China’s functional food industry has been growing continuously, with a compound annual growth rate of 9.47% from 2012 to 2020, and the market scale of functional food will reach 45.427 billion US dollars in 2020. In terms of morphology, besides soft candy and medicine, liquid functional foods such as drinks and tonics are more popular because they are more convenient to eat and have more diverse tastes. In addition, for different problems caused by staying up late, there are also products with specific functions.

1. Help sleep

There are many factors that cause sleep disorders in life, such as staying up late to catch up with drama, disordered work and rest, and work pressure. With the rise of functional food, a glass of milk before going to bed is no longer the only choice to help sleep, and young people naturally prefer a more targeted and better-looking sleep-helping drink. Among them, in addition to the main sleeping AIDS, GABA(γ- aminobutyric acid) and theanine, each family will also add other auxiliary ingredients, either to promote absorption or to adjust the taste so as to cater to the preferences of contemporary young people.

The integration of trendy elements such as bubble water has brought the punk spirit of this young people to the extreme, but it is unexpected and impossible. For example, the "worry-free solution" launched by a new functional food brand, this litchi lavender bubble drink not only adds γ -aminobutyric acid and tea theanine, but also contains functional raw materials such as casein hydrolysate, which mainly relieves anxiety and helps the mind to sleep. I hope to solve the thorny problems of young people in some scenarios with scientific formula and simple methods.

2. Protect the liver and relieve hangover

Similarly, the damage to the liver caused by staying up late has become one of the key concerns. Staying up late for a long time will make the liver insufficient in nourishing blood, and then affect the function of metabolism and decomposition of poisons. If you add "857" at the same time, the load borne by the liver will exceed your imagination. As a result, various liver-protecting drinks came into being, combining traditional Chinese medicine with modern science and technology to protect young people’s "liver-protecting road".

3. Save the face of staying up late

Everyone loves beauty, and the skin problems caused by staying up all night are probably the biggest headache for girls. In addition to expensive skin care products for external use, oral beauty and makeup and food are gradually coming into public view, and collagen drinks are emerging in the market, trying to maximize skin management. Integrate into daily life.

Even the existing tea drinks have joined the ranks of involution. bubble tea, which was once popular, has already been iteratively eliminated. Instead, it has been replaced by new tea drinks with health-preserving ingredients, and the small materials containing collagen, such as bam and popping beads, have become the most commonly used options. At the same time, stores that focus on health-care tea also poured into the streets to seize the first place in young people’s health-care tea.

A new tea set up in 2018 is betting on the trend of health and youthfulness. With the launch of "Royal Jelly Stay Up All Night Water" and "Green Juice Scraping Oil and Water" in the following year, it has quickly become a topic product and won the representative brand of public comment on health tea. According to the seasonal demand, explosive products will be launched every season, such as mung beans, which are mainly used to relieve summer heat, small hanging pear soup, which is mainly used to moisten in early autumn, and yam, which is mainly used to warm up in autumn and winter, to carry out health care to the end.

In addition, health tea bags have also become frequent visitors to young people’s teacups, and a sip of hot tea is no longer an exclusive item for retired veteran cadres. No matter what form of health preservation, it is the "obsessed pursuit" of young people for health. But can this endless and dazzling health drink really keep fit?

Are young people’s "health drinks" reliable when soaking medlar in a thermos cup?

When more and more young people are crazy about "love", they will become green leeks and be harvested invisibly. Whether health drinks are IQ tax or really effective, presumably this is also the problem that puzzles consumers. Take "a whole root" as an example. Although it does contain a real ginseng, it is only a small ginseng planted artificially for less than five years, and the effect of nourishing the body is naturally not great. Similar products launched by merchants under the concept of "staying up all night" are just to cater to the needs of young people for "punk health" and to get more traffic. From a medical point of view, staying up late unscrupulously and making up at no cost is contrary to itself. Regular work and rest and good sleep are the best "health drinks".

As for some drinks with functional ingredients sold on the e-commerce platform, there will be some remarks about "avoiding pits" when you look at the messages and comments carefully. The main topic is still not obvious. In fact, consumers have strong expectations and pertinence when buying, but in the final analysis, these products only play an auxiliary role in the body. Take the sleeping aid beverage as an example, the GABA(γ- aminobutyric acid) contained in it can really play a good role in calming anxiety, improving sleep, regulating blood pressure, etc. Tea theanine can also help the body and mind relax and make them better enter the sleeping aid state, but all this happens only if consumers themselves are willing to enter the sleeping state. Just as you drink liver-protecting drinks but still drink a lot without fear, if you still play with your mobile phone with your eyes open after drinking sleep-helping drinks, the natural effect is not significant enough, or even ineffective. We should pay attention to the body itself, rather than relying entirely on these so-called "health drinks".

Similarly, the fruit and vegetable juices, live fungi and low-sugar drinks that we focus on in our daily life naturally have advantages and disadvantages. Many times, we will choose fruit and vegetable juice drinks instead of real fruit intake, but they are not the same. Fruit and vegetable juice drinks are liquid drinks made from fruits and/or vegetables (including edible roots, stems, leaves and fruits) through processing or fermentation. Although cloudy juice represented by orange juice retains some pulp and soluble dietary fiber, it still has some nutritional losses compared with fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, honey grapefruit tea-like light-flavored beverages commonly found on supermarket shelves have little effective ingredients, so they are not as good at flavor.

Under the frenzy of "sugar-free" drinks, such products have become consumers’ involuntary choices, but we should also be wary of whether they are really sugar-free. Most drinks will choose to add sugar substitutes in order to maintain their taste. Here, "sugar-free" means "sucrose-free". In terms of mechanism, sugar substitute can make people feel that sweetness does not cause the increase of blood sugar, but this is a "deception" to the human metabolic system, which will easily lead to the disorder of metabolic regulation mechanism in the long run, and then affect health.

At this point, I can’t help asking, do young people really need a variety of "health drinks"? Life will always bring invisible pressure to people, and we really need to find an outlet for our emotions, but remember that any kind of solution needs to be moderate. For young people, it is most important to maintain healthy living habits and should not rely too much on "health drinks". Secondly, if we proceed from personal health needs or health care purposes, we should also obtain relatively authoritative medical science knowledge from the right channels and choose products that suit us.

Life is colorful and colorful. It is better to exercise for two kilometers than to soak Lycium barbarum in a thermos cup. Have a good life! Young man.

Crazy gold has once again shown a correction. Should it be bought or sold now?

Chinanews. com April 13 th (Zhongxin Finance reporter Zuo Yuqing) Gold fell!

On April 12, the international gold price that once broke through the $2,400 mark plunged in intraday trading, and London spot gold closed down 1.25% to $2,343.29 per ounce; COMEX gold futures closed down 0.53% at $2,360.2 per ounce.

Affected by this, on April 13th, the domestic gold jewelry price dropped. On that day, the gold jewelry price of Lao Fengxiang was 737 yuan/gram, and that of Chow Tai Fook was 736 yuan/gram, which was about 10 yuan/gram lower than the previous day.

International closing price of gold and silver on April 12.

  What happened?

On April 10 -12, the gold price, which had maintained an upward trend before, took a roller coaster ride.

On the evening of April 10th, the latest ——CPI data, the most critical inflation data before the Federal Reserve’s May resolution, was released. The CPI of the United States rose by 3.5% year-on-year in March, which was higher than the market expectation of 3.4%, which means that the possibility of the Fed cutting interest rates in June decreased.

After the data was released, the international gold and silver prices fell briefly. However, the US PPI growth rate of 2.1% in March announced on the evening of 11th was slightly lower than expected, and the chain growth rate slowed down to 0.2%, which made gold and silver "rebel" again.

From April 11th to 12th, the international gold price returned to the upward trend. On the 12th, COMEX gold reached a maximum of $2,448.8 per ounce; Spot gold in London once reached $2,431.78 per ounce, both hitting record highs.

However, just as COMEX gold and London spot gold both broke through the $2,400 mark, several Fed officials said that the interest rate cut would be later than previously expected.

Federal Reserve official Collins said that it is now expected that the Fed will cut interest rates later than previously expected. Federal Reserve official goolsbee pointed out that the United States is in a contradictory environment, and the Fed must reduce the inflation rate to the target level, and many inflation data are higher than expected. He does not want to impose restrictions on the actions that the Fed may take in future meetings; Federal Reserve official Daley believes that at present, the Fed is moving towards the goal of reducing inflation to 2% as gently as possible, and there is no urgency to cut interest rates.

The voice of Fed officials made the re-rising gold dive again at a high level. London spot gold once rose by nearly 2.5%, but then plunged sharply, with a daily decline of 1.25% to $2,343.29 per ounce; COMEX gold futures once rose more than 3% in intraday trading, and finally closed down 0.53% at $2,360.2 per ounce.

The skyrocketing gold deviates from "common sense"?

It is worth mentioning that the previous skyrocketing performance of gold was regarded as deviating from "common sense".

Some insiders believe that gold and the US dollar are rarely "competitive" with each other, reflecting the long-term hidden concerns of the US dollar credit.

In January this year, the U.S. Treasury Department issued a report that the total amount of U.S. Treasury bonds reached $34 trillion for the first time, five years ahead of the previous forecast of the U.S. Congressional Budget Office. Some foreign media pointed out that this indicates that it will face political and economic challenges in improving the balance sheet of the United States in the next few years.

The expectation of interest rate cuts in the United States is not convincing: since 2023, the frequent revision of non-agricultural data in the United States and the impact of part-time jobs on data have reduced the market’s trust in non-agricultural data; At the same time, although the US CPI data exceeded expectations, the US PPI data released in March on the evening of the 11th suspended inflation anxiety.

In addition, under the geopolitical influence and high interest rate environment, the continuous purchase of gold by global central banks is also regarded as an important factor affecting the trend of gold.

Huatai Securities’ collection team believes that the central bank’s purchase of gold not only reflects the recognition of the safe-haven nature of gold, but also shows the concern about the stability of the traditional monetary system under the continuous expansion of the Fed’s balance sheet.

So, does this mean "the collapse of the dollar credit system"?

Pan Helin, an economist, told Zhongxin Finance that the US dollar will remain an international currency for a long time to come. "The gold standard cannot return, so the performance of gold price is the cyclical performance of the US dollar, and it is affected by the cyclical fluctuation of risk-free interest rates."

  Buy or sell?

"Gold will prove itself"-this is a ridicule from gold holders. However, how much room for gold to rise after a "violent" callback? Should investors buy or sell?

Industrial Securities pointed out that the general public accounts for a relatively high proportion of gold investors, and professional investors and the public are divided in their perception of the value of gold investment. The judgment of global central banks on the value of gold will include political factors, but if the price of gold deviates too much from the actual value, central banks will also consider the cost and risk of allocating gold.

Zhongxin Finance noted that although the price of gold fluctuated in the short term, the scale of several gold ETFs such as Huaan Gold ETF, Bosera Gold ETF, E Fund Gold ETF and Cathay Pacific Gold ETF has reached a record high. According to third-party data, from March 1 to April 12, gold ETFs and gold stock ETFs attracted more than 12 billion yuan.

On April 12, Shanghai Gold Exchange issued an announcement, announcing to increase the margin ratio of gold deferred contracts, the price limit and the margin of performance-guaranteed inquiry contracts. At the same time, investors are reminded to do a good job in risk prevention, control their positions reasonably and invest rationally to ensure the stable and healthy operation of the market.

Pan Helin believes that it is more likely that the Fed will postpone the interest rate cut at present, but the persistence of the continued rise in gold prices still exists, because although the Fed may delay the interest rate cut, it is inevitable that interest rates will peak. (End)

Sundiro Honda NS125LA only starts at 11900 yuan! A small pedal with practicality and face value?

Let’s talk about NS125LA of Honda in Sundiro today.

The standard version is 11900 yuan, and the Kumamon joint version is 12580 yuan.

I. Appearance

In terms of the design of NS125LA, the body lines are smooth, simple and fashionable, which I think is quite good-looking. In short, opinions vary. In terms of color, there are many choices. No matter whether you like Kumamon’s co-branded version of black, fresh green or mysterious gray, you can find the one you like.

The curb weight of NS125LA is 110kg, the seat height is 760mm, the height is more than 160cm, and it is no problem to land on both feet. The seat feels comfortable, much more comfortable than the president’s Qiaoge I.

In terms of storage space, there is also a storage compartment under the handle. Although the bucket space is not particularly large, it is more than enough to put a 3/4 helmet, gloves and other small objects.

The fuel tank is 6 liters, the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is 2.3 liters, and the endurance is about 260km. It is still possible to run a long distance with full oil.

Second, the power

In terms of power, NS125LA is equipped with a 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The maximum power is 7,500 rpm to 6.6 kW, the maximum torque is 6,000 rpm to 9.87 Nm, and the horsepower is about 9 horses. 9.8:1 compression, equipped with CVT continuously variable transmission and belt drive.

Third, the brake damping hub

The front wheel of NS125LA adopts vertical shock absorption and single disc brake system, while the rear wheel adopts unilateral shock absorption and braking. The front and rear are aluminum alloy wheels with new tires. Specification: front 90/90-12 and rear 100/90-10. The linear feel of the brake and the spacious and comfortable seat make the overall performance comfortable.

IV. Electronic Configuration

NS125LA adopts LED light source, with double flashing as standard and good brightness at night.

In the instrument part, VA liquid crystal instrument is adopted, which is simple and clear in design and can display information such as speed, time and fuel quantity.

In the aspect of electronic control system, although it is not equipped with too many high-tech configurations, it has joined the CBS linkage braking system, and is equipped with keyless start and USB charging port, which improves the convenience of daily use.

V. Summary

Generally speaking, NS125LA of Sundiro Honda is a good scooter with small displacement. Online appearance, comfortable driving and good fuel economy. Although the power side is not as good as Yamaha Qiaoge I at the same level, but in exchange for daily comfort, the power is enough, in other words, Qiaoge I is not generally hard. If you or your friends are concerned about this kind of comfortable pedal model, I think NS125LA is an option to consider. What do you think?

How "cold" is the cold wave? Big data tells you!

Tell everyone a "cold" news, the strongest cold wave since the winter of this year is coming soon! It is predicted that from November 26th to 30th, the cold wave will sweep across China, and the temperature will plummet in most areas.

Speaking of the cold wave, many people have memories dominated by it. As the "strongest" cold air, how "cold" is the cold wave? What is the strongest cold wave in history? The reporter interviewed Ye Dianxiu, a senior engineer under research at the National Climate Center and the chief expert of meteorological services at the China Meteorological Bureau, and asked him once and for all.

  1. What is the standard of cold wave? Is there a difference between the north and the south of China?

Cold wave is a kind of cold air and a kind of disastrous weather. According to the national standard of cold air grade in China (GB/T 20484-2017) formulated in 2017, the cold air activity that makes the daily minimum temperature in a certain place lower than or equal to 8℃ within 24 hours, or lower than or equal to 10℃ within 48 hours, or lower than or equal to 12℃ within 72 hours is called cold wave.

  2. How strong is the "ability" of cold wave cooling?

Monitoring shows that the average cooling rate of each cold wave in most parts of China is above 10℃. The average cold wave cooling rate in most parts of Northeast China, Jianghuai, eastern Jianghan, Jiangnan and southern China, as well as most parts of Inner Mongolia and northern Xinjiang can reach 12.To 14℃, more than 14℃ in most areas of Guangdong and Guangxi.

The maximum cooling range of cold waves in Northeast China, most of North China, most of Northwest China, most of Huanghuai, most of Jianghuai, southern Jiangnan and most of Inner Mongolia and Tibet is above 20℃. Among them, the maximum cooling rate in most parts of Northeast China and Inner Mongolia, northern Xinjiang, northwestern Tibet and southwestern Qinghai can reach 25.To 30℃, more than 30℃ in some areas; The maximum cooling range of cold wave in Sichuan basin, most of Yunnan and Hainan is below 15℃, and that in other parts of the country is generally below 15℃To 20℃.

  3. How many cold waves occur on average every year in China?

In China, cold waves mostly occur in late autumn, winter and early spring. In the past 30 years (1991-2020), cold waves have occurred 5.4 times a year on average in China.

Since 1991, the most frequent cold wave occurred in 2021, with 11 times. Followed by 2009, there were 8 times, and the least number of cold waves was in 2017, only 2 times.

  4. Where did the cold wave affect our country come from?

The cold air affecting China can be roughly divided into the following four paths:

① Northwest route: Cold air enters China from the White Sea and Barents Sea west of Xindi Island via Siberia and Mongolia in the west.

② Northern route: Cold air enters northern Asia from Kara Sea or Novosibirsk Sea east of Xindi Island, and enters China from north to south via Mongolia.

③ Western route: Cold air affects eastern China from west to east in Eurasia south of 50 degrees north latitude via Xinjiang.

④ Northeast route: Cold air from the Sea of Okhotsk or eastern Siberia affects the northeast of China.

more thanPath,The first three paths are more common, while the last path is less frequent and less intense.

  5. What are the cold waves with large temperature drop in history?

According to the monitoring results of cold air process, since 1991, the top five cold waves with comprehensive cold air intensity in China have appeared on November 4-9, 2021, March 11-14, 2006, March 18-22, 1998, February 14-17, 2020 and April 11-17, 2006.

Cold waves often bring a wide range of severe cooling, strong winds and snowfall. Taking the cold wave process from November 4 to 9, 2021 as an example, the land area with the temperature drop exceeding 8℃ is 7.709 million square kilometers, accounting for about 80.3% of the national land area. Among them, there are 1.011 million square kilometers whose temperature drop exceeds 16℃.

The daily minimum temperature of 172 national meteorological stations in Xinjiang, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shanxi and other places reached or exceeded the historical extreme value in early November.

The daily precipitation of 151 national weather stations in Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Tianjin, Shanxi, Shandong and other places exceeded the historical extreme in November. There is obvious snow in many places in the north, and the depth of snow in Inner Mongolia, Jilin and Liaoning is more than 40 cm.

The cold wave process cooled downAmplitude forecast chart (26-30 November) Photo courtesy of Central Meteorological Observatory

  6. Where is the place most favored by the cold wave in China?

In China, the frequency of cold wave is characterized by more in the north and less in the south. The areas most favored by cold waves include: Northeast China, western and northern parts of North China, northern and central parts of Northwest China, most of Tibet, Inner Mongolia and other places, with an average annual cold wave frequency of more than 4 times. Among them, there are generally 10 to 15 times in the eastern and northern parts of Northeast China, most of Inner Mongolia and parts of northern Xinjiang, and there are more than 15 times in some areas.

  7. In cold winter, are there more cold waves than in warm winter?

  The answer is no.

There are obvious differences in judging factors and time periods between cold winter and cold wave, and the annual cumulative cold wave frequency is not necessarily related to cold and warm winter. Cold winter is a kind of climate concept based on the temperature condition of the whole winter, and the basic element of judging cold and warm winter is the average temperature of winter (December to February) for three months. The basic factors to judge the cold wave process are the daily minimum temperature (≤4℃) and the 24-hour (or 48-hour, 72-hour) cooling range (≥8℃, 10℃ or 12℃).

Therefore, the number of cold waves in cold winter is not necessarily more than that in warm winter. For example, both 1998 and 2019 were strong warm winters, and the number of cold waves was 6, which was more than that of strong cold winters in 1983 (3 times), 1984 (2 times) and 1985 (2 times).

A similar view of "hero"

"In the land of runes, magic is everything." This is a competitive online game operated by tencent games — — The first sentence in the background setting of League of Legends.

League of Legends is an e-sports game that is popular all over the world. In the game, players need to fight side by side in the Summoner’s Canyon, and finally win by turning map resources into team advantages. In reality, there is a road to the rise of a city, which coincides with the way to win this game.

From the "land of runes" to the southernmost city in Sichuan, China, people deeply feel that "canyons" and "rifts" actually hide "opportunities" — — Panzhihua is the only city named after flowers in China, which was born in the national third-line construction. This city opened the door of "building a complete industrial system by self-reliance" in China in the Panxi Rift Valley. Therefore, people also call Panzhihua a "hero city".

Two "heroes", one galloping in the online world, the other rushing in the years. This winter, the 18th League of Legends Urban Heroes Competition will be held in Panzhihua. At that time, two "heroes" will form an alliance and hand in hand present a "feast" about "heroes".

  □ Gong Linpu Xiong Weixin, reporter of the Municipal Media Center

  Urban landscape and game map

  — — Clever "fit"

Panzhihua is located in the transition zone between Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with extremely diverse landforms.

"chinese national geography" once described Panzhihua as follows: a series of mountains running nearly north-south — — The Hengduan Mountains in the west, the Daliangshan Mountains in the east, and the Big Snow Mountain in the north, together with the large and small mountains in between, are mountainous and shoulder to shoulder. According to rough statistics, Panzhihua’s mountains account for more than 90% of the city’s total area, and it is a veritable "mountain kingdom."

There are towering mountains and "heroic" water. As the main stream of the Yangtze River, the deep mountains along the Jinsha River have turned into a zigzag bend, and many rivers such as Anning River, Dahe River and Sanyuan River shuttle between mountains like capillaries, shaping numerous canyons and valleys along the way.

League of Legends seems to have found the realistic projection of "Summoner Canyon" in Panzhihua.

Summoner’s Canyon is a map in League of Legends. In the background story of the game, it is said that the most majestic battlefield of the latest wave is "Summoner Canyon". There are three different roads running through the whole battlefield, and there are magical forces everywhere.

Panzhihua city is distributed in a strip shape along the Jinsha River, with a length of 20 kilometers from east to west, a width of 1-2 kilometers from north to south, and even less than 500 meters at the narrowest point. Panzhihua Avenue, Jinshajiang Avenue and Gangcheng Avenue run through the urban area. In the three-dimensional space, the city is constantly spreading from the river bank to the heights of the mountains, overlapping layers and bringing its own "canyon scenery".

Interestingly, the Jinsha River runs through the city, dividing the main city of Panzhihua into two areas: Jiangnan and Jiangbei, which just correspond to the red and blue camps in the League of Legends map.

Let’s imagine such a scene: when the player puts down the mouse, logs off from cyberspace and walks out of the arena of the urban hero competition, he suddenly finds that his city is actually a more grand "summoner’s canyon". Is this link between online games and reality full of "magic power"?

Summoners all over the country and even the world, welcome you to punch in the "Summoner Canyon" in the real world.

Urban Spirit and the Connotation of E-sports

  — — Common "background color"

League of Legends is not only a game but also a sport.

At the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, e-sports made its debut as a formal competition for the first time. E-sports has long been not only an entertainment activity for a group of young people to sweat in the virtual world, but also a fusion of enthusiasm and competition.

An ordinary person can be a fruit vendor, a takeaway rider, a taxi driver, a breakfast shop owner and a construction worker … … But when he entered the world of League of Legends and teamed up with other players to fight in the land of runes, he was the "hero" who appeared. Every player with the title of "hero" on his head needs to overcome difficulties and climb towards victory through continuous efforts and struggles.

In this sense, "hero" is not a title, but a mission. Players are like this, and so are cities.

As a new industrial city in the southwest of New China, the construction and development of Panzhihua has always been closely linked with the national mission.

Zhong Shaoxi, a native writer in Panzhihua, wrote in the article "Mao Zedong and Panzhihua Development and Construction" that the idea of building a steel plant in Panzhihua began in early 1958. At that time, there was no large-scale steel base in the western part of China, which was very unfavorable to the development of heavy industry in the western part, and the development of rich mineral resources in Panzhihua was urgently needed for the development of steel industry in China.

On March 4, 1965, after receiving the written report on the preparation and work plan of Panzhihua Special Zone submitted by Lv Dong and Chi Xu, President Mao Zedong immediately instructed that "this piece is very good". Panzhihua was thus listed as the focus of "third-line construction". Later, Premier Zhou Enlai personally took the lead in arranging the specific work of Panzhihua development and construction. Builders from all over the country poured into the deep mountain valley at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan, and a legend of China’s urban development began.

Since then, through the arduous efforts of several generations, the heroic Panzhihua builder has built a new industrial city full of vitality, uniqueness and great potential in the desolate Panxi Rift Valley.

On December 22nd, 2022, "Opinions of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Supporting Panzhihua’s High-quality Development and Building a Common Prosperity Experimental Zone" was issued, which marked that Panzhihua has entered a new stage of development.

Panzhihua once again shoulders the national mission. This time, he will explore the path, create experience and provide samples for Sichuan to achieve common prosperity with practical actions of high-quality development.

Climbing is the common background of "heroes".

  Urban development and industrial layout

  — — Win-win "track"

Half of the netizens in the world are e-sports gamers.

In 2022, the global e-sports population will grow to 2.47 billion, accounting for 48.3% of the global netizens.

The world’s largest and fastest-growing e-sports market is China.

In 2022, China’s e-sports industry revenue was 144.503 billion yuan, and the e-sports population was about 488 million, ranking first in the world.

Gamers in China have become the ultimate winners in more and more international e-sports competitions.

Want to win, not only clubs and enthusiasts, but also cities aiming at the "new track".

The person in charge of Tencent’s e-sports said that the semi-finals and finals of the 18th League of Legends Urban Heroes Competition were held in Panzhihua, which was the first time that Tencent had entrusted its major e-sports events to prefecture-level cities. Judging from past experience, the successful landing of the competition is expected to bring new traffic to the city and release new kinetic energy for the development of the cultural tourism industry.

People flow, logistics and consumption … … This is the event bonus. When Panzhihua decided to incorporate e-sports into the urban industrial map, the expected return was obviously more.

Smart parking makes urban management more refined, data flow makes mines smarter, and e-government cloud makes people run less errands … … In recent years, with data as the core element, Panzhihua has promoted the deep integration of next-generation information technologies such as the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence with the real economy, and new products and applications of the digital economy have blossomed everywhere.

E-sports competition is a new outlet of digital economy, and Panzhihua naturally doesn’t want to miss it.

In 1965, Panzhihua became the first special zone for resource development in New China. Before 1987, it was called Dukou City. Since 1965, she is 15 years older than Shenzhen; Since 1987, she is seven years younger than Shenzhen.

Similarly, youth is also the "key word" of e-sports.

In a young city, hold a young competition. This not only promotes the brand image of Panzhihua city, but also attracts the active participation and extensive attention of young people from all over the country, injecting new vitality into the city. An e-sports "new IP" will become Panzhihua’s "youth business card"; A new format of "e-sports+"may become the engine for Panzhihua to sail to the "New Blue Ocean".

"Grief Point" of Panzhihua player of the steel fierce sun server in the telecom zone of League of Legends sends an invitation to Panzhihua to friends of the team almost every winter. He said, "There is no winter here, and my hands and feet will not be frozen. The sunshine of Panzhihua brings my own ‘ Open a group ’ Effect. "

Thank you "Sorrow Point" for introducing the city full of "magic breath".

Once again, I sincerely invite summoners to come to the hero city of Panzhihua this winter to witness the birth of "heroes".
