Xiaomi official announcement： The first SUV named ＂YU7＂ will be launched in June-July next year.

A few days ago, Xiaomi Automobile officially released the official map of its first SUV model YU7, and the declaration map of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was also exposed simultaneously. The new car will be officially listed in June-July next year. It is reported that the car length of Xiaomi YU7 is close to 5 meters, and the wheelbase is 3 meters. It is positioned as a medium and large SUV and driven by front and rear dual motors.

Judging from the official map obtained, the appearance of Xiaomi YU7 continues the new design style, like a high version of SU7. The elements such as the long and slender headlight group on the front face, the triangular diversion groove decoration and the front-surrounded body decoration with the same color are all preserved, which has high recognition.

The side of the body of Xiaomi YU7 creates a shape similar to that of a coupe SUV through the sunken roof line. The long front suspension brings a body posture that is ready to go, and the new five-spoke wheel hub is installed below, which is also equipped with yellow brake calipers.

The tail design is familiar to everyone, just like Xiaomi SU7. Through-type taillights are folded up on both sides, with the logo of "xiaomo" in the middle, which presents a strong three-dimensional effect through the backward convex design, and there is an integrated spoiler above the taillights.

According to the application information, the length, width and height of Xiaomi YU7 are 4,999/1996/1,600 mm and the wheelbase is 3,000 mm. It adopts a five-seat layout and provides 19-inch, 20-inch and 21-inch wheels.

In the power part, Xiaomi YU7 is driven by dual motors. The maximum power of the front and rear motors is 220kW and 288kW, respectively. It is equipped with a group, but the capacity is still unknown.

After Xiaomi YU7 goes on the market, it will compete with other models. Judging from the current situation, no model in the pure electric medium and large SUV market can achieve monthly sales of over 10,000.
