Sports Network | Su Bingtian said that the medal belongs to the China sprinter, and Mbappé went to keep the mystery.

China men’s 4X100 relay team replaced the bronze medal in Tokyo Olympic Games.

For China track and field, the most exciting news these days is the Olympic bronze medal that belongs to China sprint.

On May 20th, after the International Olympic Committee officially announced that the China track and field men’s 4X100 relay team had won the bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympic Games, Su Bingtian, the leader of China sprint, also made his first speech through video:"This medal is not just for the four of us, it should belong to all the predecessors who have worked hard and sweated for the sprint project in the country. This medal belongs to everyone."

In European football, with the final match of major leagues, the players’ future has become a focus topic, among which the most influential drama is undoubtedly "Where has Mbappé gone?".

On May 21st, according to a number of European media reports, Mbappé seems to have begun to "seriously consider" renewing his contract with Paris. Paris has offered Mbappé a three-season contract renewal to persuade him to stay.

While Mbappé was still hesitating, Paris Saint-Germain official website announced that Di Maria would leave the team at the end of the season and end her seven-year career in Paris. According to media reports, his next home will probably be Juventus.

Su Bingtian.

Su Bingtian delivered "acceptance speech": Olympic medals belong to national sprinters.

On May 20th, just after the International Olympic Committee officially announced that China’s men’s 4X100 relay team won the bronze medal in Tokyo Olympic Games, Su Bingtian officially delivered his "acceptance speech" through video for the first time.

As the leader of the relay team in China, "Asian Flying Man" Su Bingtian said that the medals belong to all the predecessors who have worked hard for the China sprint, and the medals belong to everyone.

"I saw the news this morning. The China men’s 4X100 (relay team) won the bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympics. This news is very surprising to me. " Su Bingtian said.

At last year’s Tokyo Olympic Games, the men’s 4X100 relay team of China, composed of Su Bingtian, Xie Zhenye, Wu Zhiqiang and Tang Xingqiang, finished fourth in the final, while the Italian team, the British team and the Canadian team were in the top three respectively. After the game, Uja, the first baseball player of the British team, was found to have violated the anti-doping regulations. On February 18th this year, the court of arbitration for sports (CAS) announced that the silver medal won by the British team would be deprived. This also means that, as usual, China will win the bronze medal. Since then, when Su Bingtian and his teammates can win the Olympic bronze medal, and how to get the medal has become a topic of concern for sports fans.

"It’s officially announced today that our China men’s relay team has finally won the Olympic medal … which means a lot to us." Su Bingtian said, "This medal is not just for the four of us. It should belong to all the predecessors who have worked hard and sweated for the sprint project in the country. This medal belongs to everyone."

According to the regulations of the International Olympic Committee on the reissue of Olympic medals, the athletes of the China team can choose one of six ways as a ceremony to reissue medals. These six ways include: awarding medals at the next Olympic Games, the Youth Olympic Games, the ioc headquarters or the Olympic Museum, relevant activities of the National Olympic Committee (region), relevant activities of international individual sports organizations or through private ceremonies.

Although how to distribute the Olympic bronze medals won by the China relay team has not yet been determined, Su Bingtian expressed his belief that China sprinters will have the opportunity to stand on the Olympic podium again in the future.

"The first step has been taken today. I believe that the young people in China and more athletes in the future will do everything to stand on the podium of the Olympic Games." Su Bingtian said, "I also see the possibility of more China athletes now, and cheer for our China sprint!"

Mbappé went to keep the mystery.

Mbappé is still considering the offer of Greater Paris, and Real Madrid may have a good time.

During this period, the football drama about "Where did Mbappé go?" earned enough attention on social networks. Just when everyone thinks that Real Madrid is determined to win, it seems that Greater Paris is going to stage a "turnaround".

On May 21st, according to many European media reports, Greater Paris made a "desperate" negotiation condition, hoping to keep Mbappé. According to "European Sports", Barley provided Mbappé with a signing bonus of 300 million euros and an annual salary of 100 million euros after tax. In addition, he will retain most of his portrait rights, which he can use when he thinks fit. According to Racing.com, Mbappé has been offered a three-season contract extension to persuade him to stay.

Under such circumstances, Real Madrid, which had confidence in Mbappé’s signing, seemed to feel more and more uncertain.

Earlier, according to Marca, in the latest negotiation, the Mbappé team asked Real Madrid for a signing fee of 200 million euros, which was exactly equal to the last transfer offer made by Real Madrid to Paris last year. After negotiations, the two sides finally agreed that the signing fee was 130 million euros. With regard to the right to portrait, florentino made an unprecedented major concession, and Mbappé’s share was much higher than Real Madrid’s 60% right to portrait for Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Mbappé team finally agreed to all the conditions offered by Real Madrid. But the "hidden danger" that worries Real Madrid is that Mbappé held talks with Paris Saint-Germain Club this week after reaching an oral agreement with Real Madrid. When Grand Paris showed its "last sincerity", Mbappé seemed to waver again.

Mbappé’s mother admitted in an interview with the media that they have reached an agreement with Real Madrid and Paris, and now they are only waiting for Mbappé to make a decision. "The quotations of Paris and Real Madrid are almost the same. At Real Madrid, my son can also control the right to portrait. Now we are waiting for him to make a decision. "

Mbappé’s mother also said: "There will be no new negotiations on the future of Mbappé, and the talks have ended. We have now reached an agreement with Real Madrid and Paris. Now that the discussion is over, it is time for Mbappé to make a choice. "

According to Team, Mbappé will announce his future on Sunday. Mbappé will make a decision in the next few hours, after the game against Metz in Prince Park on Saturday night.

Wimbledon integral cancelled.

ATP and WTA officials declare heavy penalty: cancel Wimbledon points

The International Men’s Professional Tennis Association (ATP) and the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) have decided to cancel Wimbledon’s world ranking points due to the announcement that Russian and Belarusian athletes are prohibited from participating in the Wimbledon tennis tournament.

In the early morning of May 21st, ATP and WTA successively announced the penalty decision for Wimbledon. ATP announced that it would cancel the ranking points of Wimbledon in 2022. WTA also announced that this year’s Wimbledon will not award WTA ranking points.

Prior to this, the All England Lawn Tennis Club issued a statement, announcing that Russian and Belarusian players were banned from participating in this year’s Wimbledon, and called on other British events to unite and implement this decision together. In the face of external doubts, the head of the All England Lawn Tennis Club said that there is no other feasible choice and alternative except to ban Russian and Belarusian athletes from participating in the competition.

After Wimbledon made such a decision, the men who were banned from Wimbledon included the world’s No.2 Medvedev, No.8 Lublev, No.26 Kachanov, No.30 Karatsev and No.44 Ivanshka.. As for women, the Belarusian world famous Sabalenka, the 18th Zarenka, the 15th Russian world famous Pavlyuchenkova, the 26th Kasakina, and the 29th Kudmitova were also unable to attend.

Nowadays, ATP and WTA have given heavy penalties successively. The British "Guardian" said that this means that Wimbledon has become an exhibition game in essence, and athletes will not be able to get ranking points in this year’s competition. Players who performed well last year will not be able to defend their points and their rankings will be seriously disrupted.

Regarding the penalty decision, the ATP statement stated that athletes of any nationality should participate in the competition without discrimination according to their own abilities. The Wimbledon tennis tournament in Britain prohibited Russian and Belarusian athletes from participating in the competition, which undermined this principle and the integrity of the ATP ranking system.

Di Maria left Greater Paris.

Di Maria will end her seven-year career in Paris or sign for Juventus.

Before Mbappé made a final decision, it was certain that Di Maria would leave the team when her contract expired this summer.

On May 21st, the official of Greater Paris announced that Di Maria would leave the team at the end of the season and end her seven-year career in Paris. The game against Metz became Di Maria’s farewell battle.

In the summer of 2015, Di Maria joined Paris from Manchester United with a transfer fee of 63 million euros. So far, Di Maria has played 294 games for Paris, scoring 91 goals and assisting 111 times. These 111 assists made Di Maria the king of assists in the history of Paris.

In this season, Di Maria made 30 appearances, and he scored 4 goals and assisted 8 times. During her seven years in Paris, Di Maria won 18 championship trophies with the team, including 5 in Ligue 1, 5 in the French Cup, 4 in the French League Cup and 4 in the French Super Cup.

On social networks, Di Maria has begun to bid farewell to Greater Paris in advance. On her social account, Di Maria sent a family photo of the whole team after training. Soon after, Di Maria also sent a photo of herself holding the team’s signature jersey.

"Di Maria has undoubtedly left a deep mark on the team’s history, and fans will always remember that he is a strong fighter who will always fight for the Paris jersey. I invited Paris fans to watch the last round of Ligue 1 in order to pay tribute to him. " Nasser, the president of Grand Paris, appealed to the fans, and the Grand Paris fan organization was also prepared to pay tribute to the Argentines.

After coming to Europe, Di Maria played in Portuguese Super League, La Liga, Premier League and French League. As for his future, according to media reports, the 34-year-old Argentine will go to Serie A next. Romano, a well-known European journalist, pointed out that Juve had been talking with Di Maria for several weeks. Many Italian media believe that Di Maria will be exempted from signing Juventus, and he will get a "1+1" contract. Considering Di Maria’s age, this may be his last contract in Europe.

Manchester United cancels annual awards dinner.

Manchester United canceled the annual awards dinner because of the team’s poor record

On May 20th, according to British media reports, due to poor performance this season, Manchester United cancelled the annual internal awards dinner.

Traditionally, Manchester United will hold an award ceremony at the end of the season to commend players who have performed well throughout the season, but due to the epidemic, no award ceremony has been held in the past two years. Now the epidemic situation in Europe has stabilized, but because of the poor performance of the team, Manchester United will not hold the award ceremony again.

Manchester United not only failed to win a championship this season, but also failed to win the Champions League next season, and the team’s points also created the lowest in the history of the Premier League. According to the Mirror, some Manchester United players told the club that it would be embarrassing if they attended the award ceremony, so the club accepted this suggestion and cancelled the award dinner.

However, the selection of the best player of the season will still be held, and the fans will vote online. The club will announce the final result on the official website and award the trophy to the elected player.

It is worth mentioning that Ma Diqi will leave the team at the end of this season. In an interview with the official website, he said that despite the poor performance this season, the players have done their best: "I just want to tell the fans that the players have done their best, whether in the game or in training. I believe that Manchester United will return to the peak, but it will take some time. Please continue to support the team and everyone should unite. "

Reporting crimes involving wildlife can get a maximum reward of 100,000 yuan.

Nanfang Daily News (Reporter/Wang Wei) The Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department recently issued the "Measures for Rewarding Reports on Wildlife Crimes in Guangdong Province (Trial)", and rewards will range from 3,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan depending on the situation.

The reward object is a unit or individual who reports clues about wildlife-related criminal activities within the province to the provincial public security department and meets the reward conditions. The reward object is limited to real-name reporting in principle. For anonymous reporting, if the information card can be provided after solving the case, it will also be rewarded.

The scope of the reward includes nine types of situations, such as illegal hunting, killing, selling, transporting and purchasing the clues of endangered and wild animals and their products under special state protection. The reward standard is determined according to the contribution of the masses, and the maximum reward is 100,000 yuan. The reporting unit is the Forest Public Security Bureau of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau.

The content of the reward report should meet three conditions at the same time, including a clear reported object and specific criminal facts or clues; The contents of the report have not been mastered by the public security organs, or although the public security organs have mastered it, the contents reflected by the informants are more specific and detailed, and have played an important role in case investigation or digging deep into the criminal suspects behind the scenes; The contents of the report must be verified by the public security organ and belong to the jurisdiction of the public security organ, so as to detect cases involving wildlife crimes.

The reporter found out that as early as February 2020, the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau had issued a notice, clearly taking seven kinds of illegal and criminal acts involving wild animals as the focus of the public security organs, involving illegal acquisition, transportation, sale of wild animals and their products, providing trading services for this purpose, and eating wild animals.

In March of the same year, the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th Provincial People’s Congress voted to pass the Regulations on the Protection and Management of Wild Animals in Guangdong Province, which prohibited indiscriminate eating and trading of wild animals, and further increased the punishment for illegal hunting, trading and consumption of wild animals under special state protection, among which consumers can be fined up to 20 times the value of wild animals and their products, which was the first local regulation passed in Guangdong Province that year.

Mars probes in many countries have set a small goal for China to compete on Mars next year.

CCTV News:There is such a planet, which lies between the earth and Jupiter and is the fourth closest planet to the sun. If you look at it with the naked eye, it will show a more prominent red color than the surrounding stars in the night sky of the earth. The ancients in China called it "as bright as fire". This star is Mars. Soon, we will have the opportunity to get in touch with it. On November 14th, the National Space Administration made public the Mars exploration mission in China for the first time, and planned to implement it in 2020.

The mission of Mars exploration this time is the lander hovering obstacle avoidance test, which mainly simulates the process of lander hovering, obstacle avoidance and slow descent in the Mars environment at the ground test site, and comprehensively verifies the correctness of its design.

The lander hovering obstacle avoidance test is the largest comprehensive test site for the landing of extraterrestrial objects in Asia. This test simulates the gravity environment of Mars, and the gravity acceleration on Mars is about one third of that of the Earth. According to the plan, China will launch the first Mars exploration mission next year. The goal is to realize the three tasks of "circling, landing and patrolling" through one launch mission, carry out global and comprehensive exploration of Mars, and conduct fine patrol exploration of key areas on the surface of Mars.

Why launch next year? Only once every 26 months.

Mars is not something we can go to if we want to. Do you know why we chose to launch in 2020?

This is because there will be a "Mars Rush to the Sun" every 26 months. At that time, the sun, the earth and Mars will be in a straight line. At this point in time, Mars exploration will take the shortest flight route and save the most fuel. The closest window to the current time is 2020, so China’s Mars exploration mission is also aimed at this window.

Moreover, not only China, but also the United States will launch "Mars 2020" next year, India will launch "Man Garian 2" next year, and UAE hopes to launch "Hope" &hellip next year; … Many Mars probes from all over the world have chosen to compete on Mars next year.

Mars exploration "two steps" and one step to realize "round tour"

Four hundred years ago, Kepler wrote in a letter to Galileo: "We should build ships and sails suitable for flying to the sacred sky, and then there will be such pioneers who will not shrink back in the face of boundless space." For the first Mars exploration, Chinese scientists have been working hard. Compared with other countries’ fire exploration missions in the past, China’s Mars has to complete the soft landing of the Mars probe at one time, which has a high starting point and is more difficult.

Zhang Rong Bridge, chief designer of the first Mars exploration mission: put forward a two-step route. In the process of demonstration in 2013, one step will realize winding, landing and patrolling, and the other step will complete sampling and returning, so as to make our country reach the advanced level in the field of Mars exploration by 2030.

Sun Zezhou, chief designer of the probe system for the first Mars exploration mission: For some time, the implementation of the lunar exploration project has been a technical traction. In terms of technical ability and technical level, we have the technical ability and technical level to realize the circumnavigation, landing and inspection at one time.

Sun Zezhou said that based on the technology in the lunar exploration project, China has carried out pre-research on the key technologies of Mars exploration. The research and development of many new technologies needed for the characteristics of Mars exploration is also progressing steadily. For example, the parachute used to land on Mars is a breakthrough technology development.

Sun Zezhou, chief designer of the probe system for the first Mars exploration mission: Our earth’s parachute is opened at subsonic speed, and the Mars probe is to open at supersonic speed. In this way, under a complicated aerodynamic condition, the design of the umbrella still needs a lot of work for us before we can really master it.

Why do we need to explore Mars when the road is too long?

Going to Mars is really not that easy. Apart from the window period and technical difficulties, there is also the problem of time. It takes about 6 months to sail just to go, and with the processes of sampling and returning, it takes about 3 years for a complete round trip. Since it is so difficult, why should we explore Mars?

A year on Mars is 687 Earth Days, and a Mars Day is almost as long as Earth Day. There are also four seasons here, spring, summer, autumn and winter. Its diameter is half of the earth’s, its weight is one tenth of the earth’s, and its gravity is one third of the earth’s. The weightlessness is not too serious. You can still keep your feet on the ground and look up at the stars when you board Mars. It’s a little cold on Mars, with an average temperature of minus 55 degrees Celsius, reaching minus 100 degrees Celsius in the coldest night, and 20 degrees Celsius in the equatorial region at noon in summer, which is very comfortable. In addition, humans have discovered underground salt lakes on Mars.

At present, humans have conducted more than 230 solar system explorations. The detection result shows that among the eight planets, five dwarf planets and 165 satellites in the entire solar system, only Mars is the most similar to the Earth, and only Mars may be transformed to realize large-scale immigration. So far, we can’t find a second such planet in the universe.

What should I do to explore Mars this time?

So what are we going to do this time to explore Mars?

Experts say that the primary scientific problem of Mars exploration is to detect the information of life activities on Mars, including whether there was life on Mars in the past, the conditions and environment for the existence of life on Mars, as well as the origin of life and the exploration of extraterrestrial life. The second is to accumulate information for the scientific research of Mars ontology; The third is to explore the long-term transformation of Mars and the prospect of establishing a second habitat for human beings in the future.

Maybe in the next twenty years or so, we can see that humans will land on Mars for the first time. In the next hundred years, we may build a medium-sized Mars city on Mars. In the next thousand years, we may transform Mars into a planet suitable for human habitation.

The most cost-effective reward exchange strategy for the original dust singing pot How to exchange the dust singing pot reward is the most cost-effective?

The most cost-effective reward exchange method of the original Shenchen singing pot is to exchange resin first, followed by the essence of holy relics, then the experience book and Mora.

The most cost-effective reward exchange strategy for the original Shenchen singing pot

First, the most cost-effective reward exchange method of the original Shenchen singing pot is to give priority to resin exchange, followed by the essence of sacred relics, then the experience book and Mora.

Second, the original magic dust singing pot reward cost-effective calculation method

1. Reward redemption is refreshed once a week, and according to the redemption value obtained online in advance, a total of 12,000 treasure money is needed in one week.

5040 is far less than 12000. It is not enough to redeem all the weekly rewards, so we need to plan the redemption of the required items.

2. Calculate the ratio of each item to the standard value.

(Because each item needs different treasure money, the treasure money will be unified in the end, and 30 treasure money will be taken as 1)

(1) resin, 1200 treasure money, in exchange for 60 pieces, which is equivalent to the standard value. 3. Take 30 treasure money as 1.1200 treasure money and 40.

Standard value 3÷40=0.075 (cost performance)

(2) experience book, 120 treasure money (4 30), 20000 experience.

If the minimum experience cost is 110,000, the cost performance ratio is 2÷11÷4=0.0454545… …

If the maximum value is 135,000, the cost performance ratio is 2÷13.5÷4=0.0373737… …

③ Mora, 120 treasure money, 10,000 mora and 60,000 flowers are fixed, so the price-performance ratio of Mora is 1÷6÷4=0.04166666… …

(4) Essence/ointment, which are equivalent. The former has 360 treasures and 10,000 relics experience, while the latter has 90 treasures and 2,500 relics experience.

The cost performance ratio is 10000 ÷ 13860 ÷ 12+2525 ÷ 60000 ÷ 12 & asymp; 0.063632004569504569

Conclusion: According to the above calculation, the cost performance (in exchange for priority):

Resin > essential oil/ointment > experience ≈ Mora

Conclusion:

As you can see, the income of resin is greater than the other three (Mora, experience, relic experience), and it is the first priority to exchange, and it will not lose money.

Then, if you need dog food and don’t want liver, of course, the relic experience (essence/ointment) is better than the other two.

Interpretation of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Improving the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles

Recently, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "four ministries") jointly issued the Notice on Adjusting and Perfecting the Subsidy Policy for New Energy Vehicles (Cai Jian [2020] No.86, hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). The relevant contents are now interpreted as follows:

  I. Background of the promulgation of the Notice

In accordance with the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the Ministry of Finance, together with relevant departments, has strongly supported the development of new energy automobile industry since 2009. Thanks to the joint efforts of all parties, the key technologies of new energy vehicles in China have made remarkable progress, and the product performance has been significantly improved. The annual sales volume has increased from less than 500 vehicles in 2009 to 1.206 million vehicles in 2019, ranking first in the world for five consecutive years.

Affected by multiple unfavorable factors, the sales of new energy vehicles in China decreased by 4.0% year-on-year in 2019. Coupled with the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the sales of new energy vehicles decreased by 56.4% from January to March. Extending the subsidy support policy is conducive to hedging the impact of the epidemic, promoting automobile market consumption, improving comprehensive competitiveness and promoting high-quality industrial development. On the basis of in-depth follow-up investigation and soliciting opinions from all sides, the four ministries and commissions have formed a subsidy policy plan for new energy vehicles in 2020, and issued the above Notice after approval.

Second, the basic idea of improving the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles

Implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, maintain support for the new energy automobile industry, make precise policies, and promote the high-quality development of the industry. First, we should keep the word steady, comprehensively consider technological progress, scale effect and other factors, reasonably extend the subsidy policy that was originally scheduled to expire at the end of 2020 to the end of 2022, and smooth the intensity and pace of subsidy retreat. The second is to help the superior and the strong, appropriately optimize the technical threshold, set the liquidation threshold, guide local rational investment and enterprises to "practice their internal strength", promote superior enterprises to become bigger and stronger, accelerate the withdrawal of backward production capacity, and improve industrial concentration. The third is to highlight key points, implement differentiated subsidies according to application fields, improve policy accuracy, and accelerate the process of electrification of public transportation and vehicles in specific fields. The fourth is to implement responsibilities and strengthen supervision. Improve supporting policies, implement the responsibilities of relevant parties, strengthen fund supervision, and further create a good ecology for industry development.

Iii. Consideration of extending the subsidy period

According to the decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the central government has subsidized the purchase of new energy vehicles since 2009. According to the original plan, by the end of 2020, China’s new energy vehicles can achieve the goal of 5 million vehicles set in the Development Plan for Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Industry (2012-2020), and then through the relay of non-subsidy policy, the industry will gradually realize market-oriented development, and the subsidy policy will be withdrawn after achieving the expected goal.

According to the new situation of industrial development, in view of the problems existing in industrial development, in order to promote automobile consumption, the the State Council executive meeting on March 31 decided to extend the subsidy policy for the purchase of new energy vehicles due at the end of 2020 for two years. Main considerations:

The first is to help solve problems and promote high-quality industrial development. The development of new energy vehicles in China started early and made a good start, but there are still some practical difficulties at present, and the cost of new energy vehicles is still high, making it difficult to compete with traditional vehicles. Continued support is needed to consolidate and expand the hard-won development achievements.

The second is to conform to the development trend and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness. From the development trend of international automobile industry, electrification is the direction of transformation and upgrading. Developed countries such as Europe and America are increasing their support. In this case, it is necessary to continue the fiscal and taxation policy support for new energy vehicles, maintain a good development momentum, and enhance industrial competitiveness.

The third is to hedge the impact of the epidemic and promote automobile consumption. The COVID-19 epidemic has had a great impact on the new energy vehicle market. Extending preferential support policies will help stimulate market consumption, hedge the impact of the epidemic, and also help support related industries and enterprises to speed up the resumption of work and production.

Fourth, the consideration of properly optimizing technical indicators

In recent years, the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles adheres to the policy orientation of "supporting the excellent and strengthening the strong", and promotes the obvious progress of new energy vehicle technology through measures such as continuously raising the technical threshold. The driving range of pure electric passenger cars increased from an average of about 160 kilometers in 2015 to an average of about 350 kilometers in 2019, the average power consumption decreased from about 17 kWh/100 kilometers in 2015 to about 14 kWh/100 kilometers in 2019, and the energy density of power battery system increased from about 95 Wh/kg in 2015 to about 150 Wh/kg in 2019.

At present, the technology of new energy vehicle products has entered a stage of steady improvement, and the contradiction between improving the energy density of power battery system and product safety has appeared. To this end, the four ministries and commissions, in accordance with the principles of advanced technology, reliable quality and guaranteed safety, maintain the overall stability of the technical index system, give stable expectations to enterprises, and promote enterprises to further improve the technical level and safety and reliability of products. In 2020, most technical indicators will remain unchanged, and in principle, they will remain stable in 2021 -2022, and will be appropriately adjusted according to technological progress and industrial development. At the same time, support the development of new business models such as "separation of vehicles and electricity" and encourage enterprises to develop and produce new energy automobile products with advanced underlying operating systems, electronic and electrical system architecture and intelligent networking characteristics.

Five, speed up the consideration of public transport and specific areas of electrification.

In the field of public transportation, vehicles have high fuel consumption and large pollution emissions, and the pollution emissions of each medium-sized fuel bus are 11.8 times that of passenger cars. The proportion of electric vehicles in public transportation and specific fields in China is low. According to preliminary statistics, by the end of 2019, there were more than 10 million vehicles in official business, urban public transport, road passenger transport, rental, network contract, sanitation, urban logistics and distribution, postal express delivery, airports, ports and mines, and the proportion of electric vehicles was less than 7%. Accelerating electrification is conducive to achieving multiple goals such as rapidly stimulating consumption, expanding industrial scale, reducing pollution emissions and reducing oil dependence on foreign countries.

In order to promote the electrification of public transport and specific areas and promote the consumption of new energy vehicles, this policy adjustment has increased support for the above areas, and the subsidy standard will not decline in 2020. When subsidizing capital settlement, the four ministries and commissions will comprehensively refer to the announcement, driving license, vehicle users, national monitoring platform and other multi-angle information, and conduct on-site verification to comprehensively determine the vehicle categories in various fields.

VI. Consideration and operation methods for setting the annual subsidy ceiling of 2 million vehicles.

The development of new energy automobile industry ultimately depends on the power of the market. In the early stage of industrial development, reducing the cost gap between new energy vehicles and traditional vehicles through subsidies will help to expand the scale and start the market quickly. With the continuous expansion of production and sales scale, there will be scale effect, the gap with traditional cars will be narrowed, and subsidies and other policies will be gradually withdrawn accordingly.

It is an international practice to set the upper limit of subsidy scale. The federal government of the United States stipulates that consumers will no longer enjoy the tax credit after the car companies with accumulated sales of more than 200,000 vehicles complete the slope retreat within one year. Britain, Germany and California set a ceiling on the total size of subsidy funds and adopt a first-come-first-served system.

With reference to international experience, China has set an annual upper limit of 2 million vehicles to support the promotion of new energy vehicles from 2020, accounting for about 8% of China’s total annual automobile sales. According to this scale, by 2022, the scale benefit of the new energy vehicle industry will be further improved, the comprehensive cost performance of products will be further improved, and with the effective relay of non-subsidy policies, the industry can gradually make a smooth transition to market-oriented development.

In terms of specific operation, according to the licensing data of new energy vehicles, when the annual sales volume is close to 2 million vehicles, the four ministries and commissions will issue a notice in advance to clarify the adjustment time of subsidy standards. At the same time, leave a transition period for enterprises to ensure a stable market.

Seven, set the price limit of 300 thousand yuan to consider and specific measures.

Drawing lessons from the practices of the United States, Germany, Britain, France and other countries, in order to avoid a large amount of subsidy funds flowing to luxury consumption, taking into account the purchasing power level of Chinese consumers, industrial development and other factors, this policy requires that the price of new energy passenger cars before subsidies should be below 300,000 yuan (including 300,000 yuan). In the specific implementation process, the four ministries and commissions will take the total amount of price and tax in the unified invoice for motor vehicle sales and the official guidance price of products as the reference basis. Relevant departments will include this in the scope of new energy vehicle subsidy liquidation verification, and enterprises that take subsidies in violation of regulations will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations. In order to encourage the innovation and development of new business models such as "electricity exchange", the price limit requirement of 300,000 yuan is not implemented for new energy automobile products adopting the "electricity exchange" model.

Eight, adjust the fuel cell vehicle subsidies.

Since 2009, the four ministries and commissions have supported the promotion of fuel cell vehicles by giving consumers purchase subsidies. With the support of policies, by the end of 2019, China had promoted more than 6,500 fuel cell vehicles, built more than 50 hydrogen refueling stations, and formed more than 400 start-ups. The enthusiasm of social capital to invest in fuel cell vehicles was significantly improved. At present, the development of fuel cell vehicle industry faces some problems, mainly: lack of core technology and key components, weak innovation consciousness and ability; Insufficient infrastructure construction; The limitations of the subsidy policy on the consumer side in promoting the industrial chain and infrastructure construction are increasingly apparent.

In view of the problems existing in the industry, the current purchase subsidy policy for fuel cell vehicles is adjusted to select some cities to focus on key technologies of fuel cell vehicles, carry out demonstration applications of fuel cell industrialization, and form a development model of fuel cell vehicles with reasonable layout, different emphases and coordinated promotion. The demonstration will last for four years. During the demonstration period, the central government will reward the demonstration cities according to the results-oriented, and support local enterprises to carry out research and development of new technologies, industrialization, talent introduction and team building, and demonstration and application of new technologies in fuel cell vehicles.

IX. Specific measures to strengthen fund supervision

Enterprises and localities are responsible for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles. The local lead department for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles shall, jointly with other relevant departments, strengthen management, strictly implement the process of review, publicity and reporting, and simultaneously publicize the verification results on the portal website of the lead department for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles and the portal website of the Communication Clearing Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (www.miitcfc.cn), and indicate the publicity time, publicity link and other contents in the subsidy application materials. Failing to publicize or indicate as required, the four ministries and commissions will not accept the subsidy application materials reported by the local authorities.

The four ministries will further strengthen supervision and management. Clues involving fraud and fraudulent subsidies will be investigated and severely punished, and places and enterprises that lack supervision and cause fraudulent compensation will be dealt with severely according to regulations. The reporting telephone number is 010-68206302, the e-mail address is xnybz@miitcfc.cn, and the mailing address of paper materials is Communication Clearing Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, No.13 West Chang ‘an Street, Beijing, with the postcode of 100804.

How do individuals do e-commerce? The method of doing e-commerce with zero experience

How do individuals do e-commerce? The method of doing e-commerce with zero experience

How do individuals do e-commerce? More and more people want to join the army of e-commerce, but for inexperienced people, how can individuals start to do e-commerce?

First of all, you can try to analyze how e-commerce operates to make money.

Who do you sell your products to and what is the use? Where is the competitive advantage?

Who do you sell your products to?

For example, a home textile seller, whose products are sold to housewives aged around 28 to 35, must be people who have requirements for quality, have consumption power and pay attention to quality of life.

The four-piece set of 119 in the market is not what this group of people want, and the four-piece set with non-mainstream personalized printing in the market is not what this group of people want.

Simple and elegant, mature and steady, and the price is above average, which is their positioning.

When the products in your store meet the multi-dimensional needs of a certain target group, this is the perfect audience analysis.

First of all, it is necessary to determine which products are competing products, that is, products that can directly take away your customers, and all of them can be your competitors.

Will a customer who buys a four-piece set of 399 yuan buy a four-piece set of 150 yuan just for cheap? I don’t think so Bedding is so close to the skin that women with a little spending power will not ignore the quality of bedding.

Then 150 yuan’s four-piece suit is not a competing product of your 399-yuan four-piece suit. You don’t need to pay too much attention, but you should also pay attention to it. It can be regarded as a potential competitor.

What information should be analyzed after the competing products are determined?

Traffic structure, how much is search traffic, how much is personalized traffic given by platform pages, how much is advertising, and how much is PC wireless. The flow structure of different categories has different characteristics.

The proportion of search traffic and old customers’ return visits is extremely high, such as clothing, and many low-priced explosive advertisements account for a very high proportion, which is very fierce. Analyzing the traffic structure can help you determine which traffic channels are the easiest to upgrade and win. This way, if you take the money, you will know where to spend it for promotion and.

Daily sales, 7-day sales, and 30-day sales are ups and downs, and how much is the ups and downs? Re-analysis, under such a sales trend, is the search traffic going up or down, and what is the increase or decrease? Sales volume is always one of the great weights that affect search. To be exact, it should be that the sales trend is well created and the traffic naturally increases rapidly.

Analyze the shops with better peer search resources, what is the sales model, find ways to create a sales growth model through promotion, advertising and activities, and analyze the traffic and sales data, so as to make an explosion plan for yourself in the future.

How much is the product priced, how much is the cost, and how much is the advertising cost of packaging express deduction? Do you make money?

Avoid choosing a category that is burning money hard on the whole platform and squeeze into the larger foe. In the end, everyone will suffer.

If an individual opens a shop, it is recommended to choose Taobao first. After all, Taobao has a large flow and a low threshold. Of course, Pinduoduo is also a good choice. Pinduoduo has been growing in recent years, and many elderly aunts are using it. However, the punishment in Pinduoduo is rather severe. If you violate the rules, you will be fined easily. I suggest that you must understand the operating rules of Pinduoduo before you start to do Pinduoduo.

If an individual is an e-commerce, it is suggested that you can make a consignment, and you don’t have to contact the courier company yourself, which can save us the procedure of contacting the courier company, and thus you don’t have to stock up on your own, which can save the cost of purchasing goods. At the same time, the supplier will also provide us with the taken pictures, and we don’t need to process the pictures ourselves. This mode is very suitable for individuals to do.

If you are an artist, you can do your own decoration. If you don’t know this knowledge, you can spend some money to ask others to do it. The decoration of the storefront is very important. What products we sell and the decoration style should be in line with the industry.

First of all, we should know the basic operations of the store, such as delivery, leaving messages for customers, uploading products, etc. Secondly, it is easier to rank by choosing words with little keyword competition coefficient. You can use some tools, such as taobao index, manual search drop-down box and business staff, and you should know how to use these tools yourself. Finally, it is the publicity of the store, which is a university question. Many people have been doing Taobao for more than ten years and dare not say that they have learned it all. You can’t learn how to drive a through train and how to be a taobao guest in a day or two. You can explore and learn by yourself.

No matter before or after sale, we should be enthusiastic about service, actively introduce product functions, answer customers’ questions, and take the initiative to find solutions to problems after sale, so as to make customers feel that our service is good and our attitude is positive.

How do individuals do e-commerce? The above is the method of doing e-commerce with zero experience. It analyzes the operation of e-commerce and how to do it in all aspects, hoping to help everyone.

Take snow as the order, day and night! Various departments in many places cooperate to clear snow and ensure smooth flow.

CCTV News:The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue six early warnings at 6: 00 a.m. on February 21st, including cold wave orange warning, freezing yellow warning, fog yellow warning, blizzard yellow warning, gale blue warning and strong convective weather blue warning. It is expected that the large-scale rain, snow and freezing weather in the central and eastern regions will continue on the 21st, and it will enter the strongest period of rain and snow.

On the 20th, from day to night, Beijing ushered in the first citywide snowfall in the Year of the Loong. Snowfall is mainly light snow and sporadic light snow, which is relatively obvious in the west. The Beijing Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for road icing. It is predicted that the surface temperature in Beijing will be lower than 0℃ from the night of 20th to the evening of 21st, and most areas are prone to road icing. Snowfall in mountainous areas will last until the afternoon of 21st.

Affected by cold air, from the morning of the 20th, there was a large-scale snowfall and cooling weather in Hebei Province, with heavy snowstorms in some areas south of Baoding and Langfang. The highest temperature in many places dropped below 0℃. The Meteorological Observatory of Hebei Province issued a yellow warning of snowstorm on the 20th. It is predicted that there will be heavy snowstorms in Shijiazhuang, Hengshui, Xingtai, Handan and Zhangjiakou during the day on the 21st.

On the afternoon of the 20th, snowfall occurred in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and the local meteorological department issued an orange warning of blizzard. Heavy snowfall caused the road to freeze, and many trains were delayed. It is expected that this round of snowfall will last until the 24th.

Since the 19th, snowfall has occurred in many places in Shanxi, and the Shanxi Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued an orange warning of blizzard on the 20th. Several expressways around Yangquan City were temporarily closed. It is predicted that there will still be rain, snow, strong winds and cooling weather in Shanxi Province in the next three days.

Since the 19th, there has been a large-scale snowfall in Shandong, and 33 counties (autonomous regions and municipalities) have issued different levels of snowstorm warning. As of 10: 30 on the 20th, of the 73 expressway toll stations in Qingdao, 41 were closed and 17 were restricted. In Yishui County, Linyi City, the snow depth of some roads exceeds 16 cm.

Since the evening of the 19th, snowfall and freezing rain have occurred in most areas of Ningxia, and some highways have been frozen. Temporary traffic control has been implemented at toll stations along 17 expressways, including Beijing-Tibet Expressway, Wuma Expressway and Qingyin Expressway.

From 20th to 24th, there will be rain, freezing rain, ice particles, snowfall and other weather in Hubei Province. Affected by this, the Wuhan Railway Department plans to stop more than 130 trains bound for Shanghai and Guangzhou on the 20th, and plans to stop some trains bound for Hangzhou and Chongqing on the 21st.

Affected by the cold wave, many places in the south will gradually join the ranks of severe cooling. The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that from the 20th to the 23rd, most of the central and eastern regions will be cooled successively from north to south, and the daily average or minimum temperature will generally drop by 8-mdash; 12℃, in which the cumulative cooling range in parts of Hunan, Guizhou, Guangxi and other places can reach above 20℃. Around the 23rd, the line with the lowest temperature of 0℃ will be pushed south to the areas from southern Jiangsu and Anhui to southern Hunan and southern Guizhou.

According to the weather forecast, 20-mdash; On the 25th, there were large-scale freezing rain or ice particles in Hubei, Hunan, Anhui and other places. It is estimated that the affected area of freezing rain will reach 570,000 square kilometers, and the strongest period of freezing rain will be from the 20th to the 21st.

Beijing: 63,000 people are prepared to sweep the snow. It is recommended to travel at the wrong peak.

On the evening of February 20th, there was snowfall in Beijing. The environmental sanitation department of Beijing started the snow sweeping and deicing work overnight to ensure the safe travel of the people.

A reporter from the General Station reported that due to the influence of strong cold air, the snow would not melt in a short time after falling to the ground, so that the thickness of snow quickly accumulated to about 7-mdash within a few hours; 8 cm, which also brings great difficulty to the snow sweeping and deicing work overnight.

Yang Jinliang, a second-level researcher at the Environmental Sanitation Department of Beijing Municipal Management Committee, said in an interview that the snowfall was uneven, showing the characteristics of large in the south and small in the north, and the south had reached the magnitude of blizzard. The sanitation department requires that the motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes of the primary and secondary roads be cleaned before 6 am on the 21st, requiring the roads to show their true colors.

A total of 63,000 people were on standby for the snow sweeping and deicing work that started overnight this round, and 6,370 snow sweeping and ice shoveling vehicles were dispatched. The snow sweeping was mainly done by machinery, supplemented by manual snow sweeping, and the snow melting agent was used scientifically. The snow removing equipment such as spreaders, snow shovels and rolling brushes were used, and the combined operation was carefully implemented. According to the changes of snowfall in real time, we will focus on snow sweeping and ice shoveling in main roads, hospitals, subway stations, overpasses and other areas. In addition, the Beijing Meteorological Bureau also issued a yellow warning of road icing last night, advising citizens to travel at wrong peaks and advocating public transportation.

Five events, including baseball, softball and karate, entered the Tokyo Olympic Games.

  pay close attention

Beijing time yesterday morning, at the 129th session of the International Olympic Committee held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, a resolution was formally passed to add five new events, including baseball and softball, karate, skateboarding, competitive rock climbing and surfing, to the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. This includes baseball and softball, which has attracted much attention, because men’s baseball and women’s softball returned to the Olympic family after 12 years after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. It can be said that among the five new sports, except karate, there will be more intense physical contact, and the other sports, including baseball and softball, do not or rarely involve confrontation such as collision, which is very suitable for Asians to carry out sports. The return of baseball and softball is entirely due to the fact that the next Olympic Games will be held in Tokyo, and Japan is one of the most popular and high-level countries in the world.

Baseball and softball is the most popular sport in the host country of the next Olympic Games.

According to the International Olympic Committee, these five sports are all sports that young people are keen on, representing the popularity and importance of emerging sports in urban life, which is in line with the core goal to be reflected in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, that is, human beings never stop on the road of constantly challenging themselves and pursuing higher, faster and stronger.

Baseball and softball were previously two independent sports, which were managed by two independent sports organizations, the International Baseball Federation and the International Baseball Federation. In order to return to the Olympic family, the International Baseball Federation and the International Softball Federation formally merged into the World Baseball and Softball Federation in Tokyo, Japan in April 2013. Baseball and softball were all Olympic events from 1992 to 2008. In 2005, the International Olympic Committee voted to remove baseball and softball from the Olympic Games and replace them with golf and rugby sevens at the Rio Olympic Games. Baseball and softball are the most popular sports in Japan. Kurt, vice chairman of the IOC Executive Committee, once said: "These sports are both popular in Japan and popular with young people." In addition, baseball is quite popular in Japan, so it is not necessary to go to great lengths to build new venues, which is also the reason why IOC prefers it.

China baseball and softball will also have an opportunity.

Although the return of baseball and softball to the Olympic family is due to the fact that the next Olympic Games will be hosted by Japan, it is definitely very beneficial for the development of baseball and softball in China and winning medals in the Olympic Games. Baseball and softball is not widely developed in the world, mainly in a few countries in North America, Cuba and South America, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, China in Asia, and Europe is completely a desert of baseball and softball, so it was forced to be separated from the events of the 2012 London Olympic Games.

China women’s softball team was one of the top teams in the world before the Beijing Olympic Games. It also won the runner-up at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996, and the ranking in the next three Olympic Games was also two fourth and one sixth. However, the Chinese baseball team once defeated its arch-rival Chinese Taipei Team 8-7 at the Beijing Olympic Games. At that time, Shen Wei, the secretary-general of the Chinese Baseball Association, wept with joy, which was the first victory of the Chinese baseball team in the Olympic Games and wrote a new chapter in baseball in China.

In the past eight years, due to the non-Olympic events, the once-well-developed Chinese baseball league has fallen into a trough, often ending in one and a half months, and only six teams including Beijing, Tianjin and Guangzhou participated in the competition, and the number of games was pitiful. However, this year, because of the early insight that baseball and softball may return to the Olympic family, the Chinese Baseball League has expanded to 10 teams and the league period has been extended to three and a half months, and the baseball and softball sport in China has regained its dawn. If it can develop steadily in the next four years, China may win medals in this event, especially the women’s softball event.

The other four items are also suitable for Asians.

Among the other four new events that entered the Tokyo Olympic Games, karate originated from China’s "Tangshou", then spread to Japan via Okinawa, and developed in Japan, becoming an important part of Japanese culture. In 2005, the Boxing and Taekwondo Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China also began to introduce the sport in China, and established the national team in 2006. Karate does not need to build a special competition venue, and the event can be completed in three days, which is also a favorable condition for the project to successfully occupy the "Olympic seat". Karate once tried to become an event in the London Olympic Games in 2012 and the Rio Olympic Games in 2016, but both failed. This is the third time that karate has launched an impact on the Olympic Games and finally succeeded.

Surfing, skateboarding and competitive rock climbing are popular sports in Europe and America, but they are also suitable for Asians because of their high skill and no physical confrontation, and they are very popular among young people. In fact, many young people are playing these sports in China. Even in the world competition of competitive rock climbing, China players have achieved good results, including champions. At least for now, it seems that if the General Administration of Sport plans to develop and popularize these sports and improve the competitive level, the chances of achieving good results in the Olympic Games are much higher than those of the new rugby sevens event in Rio Olympic Games.

Imposing tariffs on agricultural products imported from the United States has little impact on China.

Imposing tariffs on agricultural products imported from the United States has little impact on China.
-Interview with Han Jun, Deputy Director of the Central Agricultural Office and Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

In view of the hot issues related to agricultural products in Sino-US economic and trade frictions, the reporter recently interviewed Han Jun, deputy director of the Central Agricultural Office and vice minister of agriculture and rural affairs.

China’s agricultural trade has a huge volume and a broad market.

Reporter: Please tell us about the overall situation of Sino-US agricultural trade in recent years. How do you evaluate the development of Sino-US agricultural trade?

Han Jun: Agricultural products trade plays an important role in Sino-US economic and trade relations. China is the world’s largest importer of agricultural products, and the United States is the world’s largest exporter of agricultural products. Strengthening agricultural trade cooperation between China and the United States is conducive to promoting the agricultural development of the two countries.

American agriculture has a high level of modernization and strong competitiveness. Expanding the export of agricultural products to China has always been the focus of the United States to expand overseas markets. Agriculture has always been a core issue in Sino-US economic and trade consultations. In 2017, China imported 24.12 billion US dollars of agricultural products from the United States, accounting for 19.2% of China’s total agricultural products imports; Exports of agricultural products to the United States amounted to $7.73 billion, accounting for 10.2% of China’s total agricultural exports; China’s agricultural trade deficit with the United States reached $16.38 billion.

China and the United States have different endowments of agricultural resources, and the trade of agricultural products is highly complementary. The advantages of land-intensive agricultural products in the United States are outstanding, while the advantages of labor-intensive agricultural products in China are obvious. In 2017, China mainly imported soybeans (US$ 13.95 billion), livestock products (US$ 2.92 billion) and cereals (US$ 1.51 billion) from the United States; China’s agricultural products exported to the United States are mainly aquatic products ($3.22 billion), vegetables ($1.15 billion) and fruits ($770 million).

China will have a huge demand for agricultural products imports in the future. It is China’s established policy to actively expand agricultural products imports, which is a big cake for global agricultural products exporting countries. We hope that Sino-US agricultural trade can develop healthily, and American farmers can share the cake of China’s expansion of agricultural products imports. The United States ignores the consensus reached by both sides and constantly escalates trade frictions. We firmly oppose it. China is unwilling to engage in a trade war with the United States, but in the face of what the United States has done, China has to introduce necessary countermeasures. If a trade war breaks out between China and the United States, many countries are willing and fully capable of replacing the market share of American agricultural products in China. I have noticed that the American agricultural community is deeply worried about this and hopes to resolve the trade differences between the two countries through negotiations.

China is fully capable of coping with the gap in the reduction of soybean imports in the United States.

Reporter: In response to the economic and trade frictions provoked by the United States, China has taken different measures against some agricultural products imported from the United States. What is the specific situation? Why do you take these measures?

Han Jun: Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee, we resolutely safeguard the core interests of the country, rationally handle Sino-US economic and trade issues, and have to take necessary countermeasures in the agricultural field. So far, China has published two lists of tariffs on goods imported from the United States. Regarding the first batch, China issued an announcement to impose a 25% tariff on US$ 50 billion goods, including US$ 34 billion goods including agricultural products, which will be taxed from July 6, 2018, and the remaining US$ 16 billion goods will be taxed simultaneously with the US. The tax involved 517 agricultural products. In 2017, the total import from the United States was about 21 billion US dollars, mainly including soybeans, grains, cotton, meat, aquatic products, dairy products, fruits, nuts, whisky and tobacco. Regarding the second batch, China has decided to impose tariffs on about $60 billion of products imported from the United States at four different tax rates: 25%, 20%, 10% and 5%. The second batch of goods on the US tax list involves 387 agricultural products. In 2017, the total import from the US was about US$ 2.9 billion, mainly including hides, vegetable oils, vegetables, coffee and cocoa products, which have covered the vast majority of the first batch of untaxed agricultural products.

At present, the first batch of tax products that China has implemented covers nearly 90% of agricultural products imported from the United States, and agricultural products that the United States exports to China are among them, such as soybeans, grains, cotton, pork and other products. China’s countermeasures were put forward after listening to opinions extensively and carefully evaluating the impact, and they were rational and restrained. As far as China is concerned, the impact of increasing tariffs on agricultural products imported from the United States is very limited because of the diverse import sources and wide import market. In the future, relevant departments will evaluate the effect of countermeasures and strive to minimize the impact of countermeasures on domestic production and life.

Reporter: Among these measures, soybeans are undoubtedly the most concerned. Why has China been importing a large number of American soybeans? Will the soybean import gap caused by countermeasures have a greater impact on China’s edible oil and livestock and poultry breeding industry? What are the countermeasures?

Han Jun: Imported soybeans meet the demand for edible vegetable oil and protein feed. With the improvement of people’s living standards and the development of modern animal husbandry, the demand for edible oil and protein feed in China continues to grow. However, China’s land resources are limited, so it is difficult for us to ensure the basic self-sufficiency of staple foods such as wheat and rice, and at the same time ensure the effective supply of other land-intensive products such as soybeans. At present, the gap between domestic soybean production and demand is more than 90 million tons, which needs to be supplemented by the international market. The United States is the largest soybean producer in the world, with an annual output of more than 100 million tons, but its domestic consumption is limited, and about half of it depends on exporting to the international market.

At present, China’s soybean demand is still increasing, and the trend of large gap between domestic supply and demand will still exist. In 2017, soybean meal accounted for 72.3 million tons of 105 million tons of protein raw materials consumed by feed in China. China takes countermeasures against the United States, and soybean imports from the United States will drop significantly. Some people worry that it may have a certain impact on the supply of edible oil and livestock feed in China in the short term. In order to prevent the linkage effect and increase the pressure of rising domestic food prices, we have made thorough and sufficient preparations. It can be said that China is fully capable of coping with the gap of decreasing soybean imports in the United States. First, actively expand the source of soybean imports; Second, reduce the consumption of soybean meal by adjusting feed formula, reduce the demand for protein raw materials by applying new technology, and increase the import of other oilseeds and meal to make up for the gap of soybean meal; The third is to increase the supply of other edible vegetable oils; The fourth is to improve the soybean support policy and improve the comprehensive production capacity of domestic soybeans.

The impact on American agriculture is predictable.

Reporter: The United States is escalating trade disputes. If the United States insists on imposing tariffs on US$ 200 billion worth of China goods, what does it mean for American agriculture if China strongly opposes it?

Han Jun: My imports from the United States are mainly bulk agricultural products such as soybeans, cotton and pork. On July 6, 2018, the United States announced the implementation of the first round of tariff-added products (US$ 34 billion). As a countermeasure, China imposed a 25% tariff on US$ 34 billion goods, including agricultural products. Affected by the escalation of Sino-US economic and trade frictions, it is foreseeable that American agriculture will be damaged. Although the White House and the Ministry of Agriculture announced that they will implement the agricultural subsidy plan of up to $12 billion, American farmers will still face the risk of losing the China market that they have worked hard for decades.

Soybean is the most important product in Sino-US agricultural trade. In July, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) predicted that the global soybean supply and demand would be basically balanced in 2018, and the soybean output in the United States would be 117.79 million tons, a decrease of 1.5% over the previous year. From 2015 to 2017, the United States exported 59% of its total soybean exports. Based on this, it is estimated that if there is no trade friction, the US soybean exports to China will be more than 30 million tons in 2018. Since I imposed a 25% tariff on American soybeans on July 6, my company has basically stopped purchasing American soybeans. Beginning in October 2018, American soybeans will be listed one after another, and the impact of China’s tariff increase on imported soybeans from the United States will gradually emerge. The United States will face problems such as falling soybean prices, increasing export pressure, and lengthening export cycle, which will bring losses to American soybean farmers and adversely affect the international trade and industrial development of American soybeans. According to monitoring, since I announced in early April that I intend to impose a 25% tariff on US soybeans, the US soybean futures price has fallen by nearly 20%.

On July 25, 2018, President Trump met with European Commission President Juncker, and a joint statement issued after the meeting stated that the EU agreed to import more American soybeans. In 2017, the EU-28 countries estimated that soybean imports were 13.65 million tons. From 2012 to 2016, the EU imported only 5.5 million tons of soybeans from the United States. According to the forecast of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the European Union’s soybean imports will be between 13 million tons and 14 million tons in the next 10 years. It is impossible for EU soybeans to be all imported from the United States, even if they are all imported from the United States, it will not solve the problem of tens of millions of tons of American soybeans that should have entered the China market.

The hearing held by the U.S. House of Representatives on July 19 also reflected the concern of people from all walks of life in American agriculture about losing market share. American soybean, grain, dairy products, meat, aquatic products, fruits and nuts have been operating in China for many years before gaining market share in China. The competition in China’s agricultural products market is fierce. If Sino-US economic and trade frictions escalate, American agricultural products will face higher costs in the China market, and their market share will be greatly weakened. Other competitors will not miss the opportunity and will occupy all the market share lost by the United States. If other countries become reliable suppliers to China, it will be difficult for the United States to regain the market. This is exactly what the American agricultural community is most worried about. They don’t want the long-term income to be affected by tariffs.

Actively, steadily and orderly expand agricultural opening to the outside world

Reporter: What is the impact of tariffs imposed by the United States and Canada on China’s agricultural products exported to the United States? How to deal with it?

Han Jun: The catalogue of the first round of products subject to tariff increase (US$ 34 billion) announced by the US on July 6th does not include the agricultural products exported by China. The catalogue of the products subject to the second round of tariff increase (US$ 200 billion) announced by the US on July 10th includes most of our aquatic products and fruit and vegetable products exported to the US.

In terms of aquatic products, the United States is my second largest aquatic product export market. In 2017, my aquatic products exported to the United States accounted for 12.8% and 15.2% of my total aquatic products exports respectively. Aquatic products are the main agricultural products exported to the United States, accounting for 42% of the total agricultural products exported to the United States. The US$ 200 billion commodity list covers all my aquatic products exported to the US. These products are exported to the United States with a high degree of dependence, especially tilapia, shrimp, crab, shellfish and other products. It is difficult to find other alternative markets in the short term and may be affected to some extent. In the next step, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, together with relevant departments, will guide relevant producers to actively explore international alternative markets, strengthen efforts to crack down on smuggling, guide and adjust the structure of breeding varieties, facilitate domestic circulation and sales, expand domestic consumption, and minimize the impact.

In terms of fruit and vegetable products, the United States is the fifth largest vegetable export market and the third largest fruit export market. There are more than 200 kinds of fruit and vegetable products in the list of tariff increase announced by the United States, covering 93% of vegetable products and 99% of fruit products exported to the United States. It is expected that taxation will have a certain impact on the income and employment of relevant fruit farmers and vegetable farmers. However, considering the strong absorption capacity of domestic consumption and the generally lower prices of domestic fruit and vegetable products this year, the actual impact of the US-Canada tariff on the export of our fruit and vegetable products remains to be seen. Next, we will improve the quality of fruit and vegetable products from the production side, enhance market competitiveness and expand the domestic consumer market; At the same time, actively expand the export channels of agricultural products, increase the export promotion of advantageous agricultural products such as fruit and vegetable products, and minimize dependence on the American market.

Reporter: Will China’s agricultural opening-up policy be adjusted in the future?

Han Jun: It has always been the basic policy of China’s agriculture to actively utilize domestic and international resources and markets. China’s agricultural trade is huge, and it has become the world’s largest importer of agricultural products and the second largest trader of agricultural products. At present, China is the largest buyer of agricultural products such as soybeans, sugar and cotton. The development of agricultural products trade has effectively eased the pressure on domestic agricultural resources and environment, and ensured the stable operation of domestic supply and market. At present, the main contradiction of China’s agricultural development has changed from insufficient aggregate to structural contradiction, and it is necessary to accelerate the structural reform of agricultural supply side in deepening reform and expanding opening up. In the future, those who export should try their best to export and those who import should take the initiative to import, which is our clear policy orientation. Agricultural opening to the outside world is the general trend and the correct choice in line with China’s agricultural development direction. We will actively, steadily and orderly expand agricultural opening to the outside world. (Reporter Qiao Jinliang)

Lu Yong, the prototype of Medicine God: I hate the scene where thousands of people send each other in the film.

This year, the first explosion of the summer file appeared, with Ning Hao as producer and Xú Zhēng as producer and starring. The film Dying to Survive directed by Muye Wen was hot before it was shown, which led the film to be released in IMAX and other versions on July 5 one day ahead of schedule. According to the preliminary statistics of "movie box office", the box office on the first day was 159 million yuan, and the cumulative box office on the first day of screening has exceeded 300 million yuan.

Because of this film, the prototype character "Lu Yong" has become a hot figure. Its announcement in Weibo on June 8th that it was an unauthorized film was also heated by many media yesterday. In fact, Lu Yong has already made peace with the film, and was even invited to attend the premiere in Dying to Survive.

  Was once troubled by movies.

Lu Yong is a leukemia patient and an entrepreneur. He was once called "Medicine God" by many leukemia patients. In 2002, Lu Yong was diagnosed with leukemia, and he began to buy drugs from India for himself and helping his patients. In 2014, Lu Yong was taken away by the police on suspicion of selling "fake drugs". After that, more than a thousand leukemia patients signed a plea for Lu Yong, and finally the court "withdrew the prosecution" for this case. Lu Yong was spared a prison sentence.

On June 8th, Lu Yong sent a message to Weibo, expressing his dissatisfaction with the movie Dying to Survive, saying that the trailer and tidbits of the movie had brought him a lot of troubles since they were published on the Internet. "‘ in the trailer; I ’ Is a small shop owner selling Indian divine oil, making a lot of money from illegally selling Indian drugs and sleeping with a lot of money. Out of concern and support for me, everyone expressed their dissatisfaction with the film, thinking that it would make the audience feel that I really made money from it and damaged my reputation. But I think that justice is free from people’s hearts. As long as I have never done anything that is sorry for my conscience, I can sleep well. "

In this Weibo, Lu Yongfa stated that the producer was not authorized to shoot this film in any way. "At the request of Ms. Han Jia, I authorized her to write a script based on my story prototype in 2015. She promised to publicize my image positively and safeguard my reputation, and indicated ‘ in this film project; Adapting words and subtitles according to the true story of ××× ’ ; Respect my legitimate rights and interests, and shall not authorize a third party to cause me harm. Han Jia sold the script to the producer without telling me, and even without my consent. "

Lu Yong said that he had never received a penny from the playwright, producer or anyone else since the creation of the script, even without mentioning it. "Therefore, please don’t think how much money I got from it. I promise that if I can get something from it in the future ‘ Compensation ’ If so, I will donate all of them to the cancer foundation or patients. "

Lu Yong expressed dissatisfaction with the funny behavior in the trailer and other filming tidbits, and thought that their "hilarious laughter" was based on the pain of patients. "This kind of behavior of consuming patients is not commendable. In my dictionary, ‘ Life is not money ’ Life is alive. I don’t know, have the producers and actors of this film ever thought about how a cancer patient would feel when he saw such a movie? "

Lu Yong also contacted the producer and asked to add a short explanation at the end of the film to clarify the facts, lest the audience misunderstand, "Actually, I don’t want to be a hero, I just want to clarify the facts. It is precisely because the film portrays the protagonist as a personal hero who opposes the law in order to speak personal loyalty that I am dissatisfied. I have never been dissatisfied with the law and the times. My patients and I don’t want to create opposition with society. I always fear the law, be grateful for the new era, and be grateful for the progress of society. "

  Understanding movies requires artistic processing.

At the end of this article, Lu Yong said that he was a "god" in front of his patients; In front of capital and stars, he is also a vulnerable group and will defend his rights according to law. And this old article a month ago, with the popularity of Dying to Survive, was reprinted by the Internet and many public websites yesterday.

However, on the evening of July 2nd, Lu Yong was invited to attend the premiere of Dying to Survive, and explained his previous statement. He once again clarified at the scene that he had not earned money from his patients through purchasing Gleevec for leukemia treatment. At first, the film set him as a person who was tempted by interests. He was very angry, and later said that he gradually understood this setting. Director Muye Wen said that the prototype was a patient, but after the screenplay was polished, the character was changed to not be a patient, which was for the sake of art and characterization, and wanted to make the character change more lively. Lu Yong also accepted: "Artistic creation can indeed be adapted."

At the initiative of Lu Yong, the film and the creative staff raised and donated 2 million yuan to leukemia patients. Xú Zhēng also paid tribute to Lu Yong at the scene: "If there is anything bad about this character, it belongs to me, and the hero part belongs to you."

I don’t like the scene where thousands of people send each other in the movie.

On July 6th, Lu Yong, who attended the premiere, published Weibo again. He said that the film was very good-looking. "They are the first filmmakers who care about us, and this is also the first film with leukemia patients seeking medicine as the theme. As a 20-year ‘ Senior ’ Leukemia patients, thank them for their concern for us. After the film is released, it will cause people to think more. "

Although the "artistic processing" of the film is understandable, it can be seen from the article that as a party, Lu Yong is still a little uncomfortable. "That Cheng Yong, except ‘ Yong ’ The words are the same as mine, but they are different from me everywhere else. I didn’t beat my wife, I didn’t sell magic oil, I didn’t sell medicine to make money, I didn’t fight the law to save patients. I have helped many people, but I have always acted within the framework of the law and have not broken the law. "

Lu Yong said that the scene where thousands of people sent each other at the end of the movie was his least favorite scene. "Because it is too exaggerated, it makes people feel unreal. After my incident received much attention in 2015, what I want most is to restore a calm life as soon as possible, live my little life, and do my best to help more patients in a legal way. "

Lu Yong said: "A movie is a movie. It can’t be exactly the same as real life, and I can’t be demanding. In fact, I want to make a movie more like mine, the true story of me and my patients, which does not need too much adaptation, enough to make the audience cry, but also enough to let the audience feel the light of life and the power of love. I think this film can be made more like this cup of tea in my hand. The soup is pure and bright, the taste is pure, and there is no impurity. It is an ancient tree produced in 300 years. It is heavy in my hand, realistic, historical, refreshing and memorable. I still want to drink it and watch it. Movies come from life, but they are different from life. Movies can be funny, but the way for patients to seek medicine is not funny at all, and more is to make people want to cry. However, looking back at the solid footprints that my patients and I walked through, we can’t say that it is earth-moving, but it can encourage many people to ‘ Shangtiantai ’ People, continue to live bravely. Lu Yong: After the new medical insurance policy, fewer people came to me for medicine.

In an interview with Beijing Youth Daily on July 5th, Lu Yong said that with the promotion of new policies such as medical insurance, there are fewer people who come to find their own way to buy generic drugs. Speaking of popular movies, he said that many of them were experienced by himself and his patients, and he shed tears for these clips in the movie.

Beiqing Daily: What do you think touched you most in the movie?

Lu Yong: There is a passage in the movie in which the patient "Huang Mao" had an accident to protect the hero, which deeply touched me. When I was ill, my father went out to talk about business for the company in order to raise money for me. Unexpectedly, he died in a coma for 7 days in the hospital because of a car accident, leaving me no words. I often think that if I hadn’t been sick at that time, my father would have lived a long life, and he was in good health.

There is another paragraph, after her husband Lu beneficiary fell ill, his wife tried to raise money to buy medicine until her husband could have a bone marrow transplant. But the husband looked at it and felt that he didn’t want to cause trouble to his family, so he hanged himself. This kind of thing was really experienced in our group before. At that time, many people felt that they couldn’t hold on.

In the movie, the patient’s QQ group is played, and everyone wants to buy medicine and want to live. That’s what we really experienced at that time. At that time, if there was no money, there would be no life. Sometimes people in the group will say that they feel that they can’t do it and have to say goodbye to everyone; Every once in a while, the heads of several people will go out forever; Or sometimes a patient finally boarded QQ, and this person told everyone that "he" was actually the patient’s family, and came here to inform everyone of the news of the patient’s death. At that time, it was really a feeling of "being in the same boat."

I cried when I watched these paragraphs in the film.

Beiqing Daily: From 2015 to now, what changes have taken place in your life with your patients?

Lu Yong: When I first came home, many patients contacted me and even came to my factory to find me. At most, seven families came to the factory in person one day just to know how to buy Indian generic drugs. In recent years, the country has also made many reforms and introduced many new policies, especially after the relevant drugs were included in medical insurance, fewer people came to me to buy drugs. When I first got sick, the cost of medicine was 288,000 yuan a year. At that time, I could buy a suite here in Wuxi. Now, through medical insurance, most patients only need more than 1,000 yuan a month, which is basically affordable for everyone.

Now, some people will ask me how to buy generic drugs from India. For example, if a breast cancer patient wants to buy Herceptin, I will tell them that you have to buy Herceptin from India for more than 5,000 yuan, but now it is actually cheaper after domestic medical insurance reimbursement. I will also tell you about the new policy, so that you can purchase medicines reasonably. In this year, I will meet someone who comes to me for medicine once every month or two. The number of people who ask me for medicine has decreased, which shows that society has become better.

Beiqing Daily: Is there anything that bothers you since it was exposed?

Lu Yong: After the exposure, I became famous in the circle of patients, but later I found out that someone set up a QQ group in my name to help purchase generic drugs. At that time, I mainly taught people how to buy medicines. I didn’t really buy medicines or make profits from them, but these people were different. They made profits directly and even used my name to deceive patients’ life-saving money. I received complaints from several patients who were cheated. Later, I told you that I was no longer helping in QQ group, and all purchases made in my name in QQ group were fake.

In these years, I have never thought of making profits by purchasing drugs, otherwise I would have made a lot of money by first discovering the price difference of Indian generic drugs. Just like in the movie, the protagonist sells it to patients at a higher price, and patients are scrambling to buy it.

Beiqing Daily: You called yourself "Lu Yong the Medicine Man" in Weibo. Nowadays, with the popularity of movies, many people call you "Medicine God". Which title do you think is more suitable for you?

Lu Yong: "Medicine Man" was named by the media in a previous report. In fact, I think neither title suits me. I’m just an ordinary person. I think the movie "I am not a drug god" may be more suitable for me. I am just an ordinary leukemia patient and a real person.

Beiqing Daily: Do you have any new ideas and plans after the film is released?

Lu Yong: At present, the filmmaker told me that the cast, producers and others donated 2 million yuan for leukemia-related assistance, and a relief fund may be set up. I have also considered participating in this fund, but it will undoubtedly take up a lot of my energy and time.

I feel that whether I participate in this fund or not, I will continue to help my patients as an example. After all, I have lived for 16 years since I got this disease, which is a good incentive for them.
