At this COVID-19 traceability conference, some scientists said that they were "surprised" and "sad"

On the afternoon of April 8, the State Council Press Office held a press conference. Shen Hongbing, deputy director of the National CDC and director of the China CDC, and relevant experts introduced the traceability research of COVID-19 in China and answered questions from reporters.

Politicize the origin of the new crown

Is intolerable to the scientific community in China.

Shen Hongbing, deputy director of the National CDC and director of the China CDC.It is said that more than three years have passed since the COVID-19 epidemic was discovered at the end of 2019. During this period, we have been continuously promoting the related traceability research. Tracing the source of Covid-19 is a very professional issue. The China government and China scientists have always maintained a scientific attitude, and they all hope to find out the source of Covid-19, which is of great significance to prevent similar epidemics from happening again.

First of all, as an open country, after the outbreak, we have always adhered to a scientific attitude on the scientific issue of traceability and actively communicated and cooperated with the World Health Organization. In response to the resolution of the 73rd World Health Assembly,Take the initiative to invite WHO to send an international expert group to China twice to carry out joint research on traceability.Adhering to the principle of "jointly working out the work plan, jointly conducting analysis and research, jointly writing the research report and jointly publishing the research results", the first phase of the joint traceability research was successfully completed in Wuhan, and the resulting "Tracing Research of SARS-CoV-2 in COVID-19 convened by the World Health Organization: China Part-WHO Joint Research Report" was fully recognized by domestic and foreign experts and WHO who participated in the research at that time.

Throughout the first phase of joint research,China provided the Joint Expert Group with all the traceable information at that time, and did not conceal any cases, samples and their testing and analysis results.Recently, some WHO officials and experts have expressed their opinions at will and rashly denied the results at that time, which is totally contrary to the scientific spirit, rude and disrespectful to scientists from all over the world who participated in the early traceability work, and a manifestation of politicizing the traceability of the new crown, which is intolerable to the scientific community in China and unacceptable to the global scientific community.

Second, on the basis of the huge human, material and financial resources invested in the first phase of joint research, we have not stopped tracing the source of Covid-19, but still pooled resources to continue to carry out comprehensive scientific investigation and research work in epidemiology, molecular epidemiology, animals and environment and even laboratory inspection. The relevant progress and conclusions have also been shared with the international scientific community and peers by Chinese scientists through the exchange of reports with WHO and SAGO, or by publishing articles. Numerous research findings have further confirmed the results of the first phase of joint research.

Shen Hongbing said,We advise the people concerned in the World Health Organization to return to a scientific and just position, and not to take the initiative or be forced to become a tool for individual countries to politicize the origin of COVID-19.

Respond to the accusations of individual WHO officials

Scientists say they feel "surprised" and "sad"

In response to the accusation of individual WHO officials that the China government’s release of COVID-19 data has not been open and transparent, which has affected the global traceability research of COVID-19,Zhou Lei, researcher of China CDC.He said that as a Chinese scientist who personally experienced the first phase of joint traceability research, "I personally feel quite surprised."

She explained that, because in fact, in Wuhan at that time, we jointly studied scientists, including foreign and domestic joint expert working groups, and in the process of joint traceability research, Chinese scientists shared all the data and materials we had, including the early case information, and the case information of more than 76,000 people with possible and suspicious Covid-19 infection in Wuhan at that time, in a scientific, open, objective and transparent working principle.

In addition, at that time, more than 38,000 samples of poultry and livestock and more than 41,000 samples of wild animals collected in China from 2018 to 2020 were tested for antibodies or nucleic acids. These results suggest that Covid-19 is not positive. We also investigated the upstream and downstream supply chains of all animal products in South China seafood market at that time, and found no evidence of virus spreading among animals. These research results were shared with the international expert team selected by WHO at that time, and everyone recognized them.

In the first stage of joint traceability research, we also considered the possibility of laboratory leakage in the design stage with a scientific and comprehensive attitude. In order to study this aspect, during our stay in Wuhan, we organized a joint team of experts to investigate and study in many laboratories in Wuhan, and conducted in-depth exchanges. Moreover, we also investigated and analyzed all the health monitoring data and possible clinical data of laboratory staff, including students who were in the laboratory at that time. In every way,In the first stage of joint traceability research, we fully shared our research results and data without any concealment or reservation.

Zhou Lei also said that after the release of the traceability report of the first phase of the early joint research, it was widely recognized, including WHO and international counterparts. But I don’t know why there is a questioning voice now. "This is also what makes me feel sad."

She emphasized that both Chinese scientists and top international experts selected by WHO worked very hard in the first phase of joint research, working day and night. We have got such a joint research report with great scientific value, which deserves due respect, and should not be denied or blamed. So I suggest that you still adhere to the attitude of scientific traceability, orWe should continue to adhere to scientific traceability, and we should devote ourselves to the next stage of work together, and stop blaming and suspecting each other, which will not help us to find out the origin of the virus.

Zhou Lei bluntly said that WHO is very important. It is an authoritative professional organization recognized by the international community, and its scientificity, rigor and impartiality are beyond doubt. Now I put forward the view that "if we make such accusations, especially if we want to deny the results of our first-stage joint traceability investigation, I am afraid it will damage the credibility of WHO."

There is not enough evidence to prove that raccoons are the source of virus transmission!

According to the viewpoint that raccoons or Covid-19 are the intermediate hosts in South China seafood market in China,Tong Yigang, Dean and Professor of beijing university of chemical technology Life College. In response, he said that some new experimental data recently found the raccoon dog, but now there is far from enough evidence to prove that it is the source of the virus. Many people hope to find the chain and evidence (the source and spread of Covid-19), but we are the same. We very much hope to find out where the source of the virus really is. Scientists in China and many parts of the world are doing this. But just from the data in this article, it is not enough, it is far from it.

Tong Yigang said that there was an article in China earlier that some animal samples were found in the early environmental samples of COVID-19, which were more human samples, as well as other samples of chickens, pigs, dogs, cats and various birds. In fact, these animal samples were far more than raccoon dogs. From this point of view alone, it is not enough.

In addition, at that time, a large number of specimens were measured in South China seafood market, including hundreds of animal specimens, and no animals were found to carry Covid-19. It is not enough to infer evidence from the environment to find animal samples. In addition, for example, the virus sequence we found in the environment is actually almost 100% identical to the sequence of the patient who was ill at that time, which also suggests that the samples in the environment are likely to come from people, not animals, and there is a lot of evidence.

At that time, the sequence of raccoon dog existed in many negative specimens in the environment, and even the sequence of raccoon dog in this specimen was more than that of the positive raccoon dog, but there was no sequence of this virus in the negative specimens, and it was difficult to explain why the virus must have originated from raccoon dog. Besides, even if raccoons are infected, there are many people infected with this disease in the seafood market in South China. It is entirely possible that people have polluted the environment or infected raccoons. Even if raccoons are positive, there is still this possibility. Therefore, I think it is not rigorous and scientific enough to draw such a conclusion based on the current little data.

Now Chinese scientists and experts believe that

What is the most likely origin of COVID-19?

Zhou Lei explained that regarding the origin of Covid-19, we had reached a conclusion during the first phase of joint research, and this conclusion was fully displayed in the joint research report jointly published by us and WHO at that time. In the report, we clearly put forward the results of hypothesis research on several aspects of the origin of the COVID-19 epidemic. Let me reiterate this conclusion: the possibility of zoonotic diseases spilling directly is "possible to probable", and we think it is "probable to very probable" to introduce them through intermediate hosts, "possible" to introduce them through cold chains, and "extremely impossible" to introduce our research judgment through laboratories.

After finishing the first phase of joint traceability research in Wuhan, we did not stop studying, but continued to carry out a lot of research work according to the work plan and suggestions for the next phase formulated in Wuhan at that time. All kinds of research results also confirmed our research conclusions in the first phase in Wuhan, and we have not changed our judgment until now.

Tong Yigang said,At present, there is no scientific basis to clarify the real origin of Covid-19.There are positive samples in the seafood market environment in South China, and most of the host information detected in these samples is human information, as well as other animals’ information, which also suggests that the cases in the seafood market in South China are probably from people, not from animals in the seafood market. How, where and how did Covid-19 infect people? This needs further study.

The 10th anniversary of the establishment of naval carrier aviation unit, Naval Aviation University became the cradle of air and sea eagles.

CCTV News:Carrier-based aircraft is the main combat equipment of aircraft carrier, and carrier-based aviation unit is the core of aircraft carrier combat effectiveness construction. Tomorrow (May 10th) is the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the naval carrier-based aviation unit. At the beginning of today’s program, please follow the reporter and go to the only military school in the whole army that is responsible for training carrier-based aviation personnel — — Take a look at the Naval Aviation University.

What you see now is the daily picture of this university. It is a training base for aviation and coastal defense personnel, and has trained tens of thousands of technical personnel such as flight, command and staff officers. It is one of the 13 key construction colleges of the whole army. Soaring in the sky and dreaming of deep blue, we followed the reporter’s lens into the Naval Aviation University.

This is a base of Naval Aviation University. Among the flight students who graduate every year, only a few students meet the strict requirements for flying carrier-based fighters. Not long ago, a new group of flight students successfully completed the J -15 solo mission, adding new strength to the carrier-based fighter team. Next, they will carry out the qualification certification on the aircraft carrier and fly to the farther deep blue.

As an institution for training naval aviation talents, air crews with special aircraft are also the key direction in the talent training system of the school.

CCTV reporter Zhang Yixiao:Here is an airport of Naval Aviation University. Behind me is the air police 200H early warning aircraft. It can be seen that the graduating air combat cadets are about to practice in the cabin. By being familiar with the equipment operation process, they can improve their operation skills and enhance their post-holding ability in the future.

Air combat personnel are an important part of air information combat forces, and they mainly complete various reconnaissance and early warning tasks through airborne detection equipment.

Practice in learning, learn in practice. In the teaching system of Naval Aviation University, a number of clubs have been set up, and students can learn more about flight and understand it by making model airplanes and crossing planes themselves.

CCTV reporter Zhang Yixiao:At this moment, the flight students beside me are going to use these model planes they made to carry out flight tests. Although we seem to be just flying, they have applied the knowledge of flight principle, aircraft structure and system they learned in class in the design and production of these model planes.

Yang Zijiang, faculty member of Aviation Foundation College of Naval Aviation University:By making an airplane (model airplane), students’ cognition of the whole airplane will be raised to a higher level, and by flying an airplane, students’ cognition of flying will also be raised to a higher level. Compared with our college, the average success rate of all flight students is 20% higher than the average level of those who have participated in model airplane training.

Teach for war and walk for war. In addition to consolidating theoretical teaching, there are courses such as flight simulator and pilot three-degree-of-freedom rotation training in the syllabus.

Flight students will bring what they can’t understand in the theoretical class to the simulated flight classroom for simulated flight training, and solve the problem through practical operation.

In order to speed up the completion of the transformation task and build a perfect talent ability model, Naval Aviation University has formulated a talent training program for carrier-based fighters, helicopter pilots, air combat personnel, etc., which has delivered tens of thousands of outstanding talents to the navy and become the cradle for sea and air eagles to dream of the blue sky.

It will no longer be difficult to promote the development of public fitness norms by taking multiple measures.

Garden village, Nanma Town, Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province, upgraded the square between Jiulian Community and Mafu Community, adding fitness equipment and children’s amusement facilities, laying a plastic floor, and drawing a standard court. Together with the previous dance floor and elderly activity center, it formed a "pocket" fitness square that benefited the nearby people. Photo by Bao Kangxuan (People’s Vision)

In recent years, Sihong County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province has strengthened the construction of venues and facilities around the masses, improved the fitness function, opened it to the public free of charge, and strived to create a "15-minute fitness circle". The picture shows that a few days ago, the children of the super roller skating training class in Sihong County practiced roller skating in the Weishui Wetland Park. Photo by Xu Changliang (People’s Vision)

With the improvement of people’s living standards, the national fitness enthusiasm is growing, and square dance, brisk walking and other sports are loved by more and more people. However, the noise disturbing people, venue disputes, traffic safety and other issues caused by this can not be ignored, which brings new challenges to urban governance.

How to meet the needs of public fitness while taking into account social order? As a city manager, on the one hand, the government should guide bodybuilders to abide by social order and establish a sense of rules; On the other hand, it is also necessary to increase the supply of public fitness space and focus on solving the problem of "where to exercise" for the masses.

  Fitness should not affect others.

"It’s too painful to live in noise every day!" Liu Xiaoyun complained to reporters.

Throughout the year, it is not the alarm clock that wakes up Liu Xiaoyun, the office worker, but the square dance aunt who gets up early downstairs to exercise and the chorus uncle who practices singing loudly. Liu Xiaoyun told reporters that there are people dancing in the square dance and singing in his neighborhood every morning and evening. The sound is so loud that you can hear it clearly even if you close the window. What makes her headache even more is that her son in elementary school can’t do his homework with peace of mind every day, which is unbearable.

Why are public activities such as square dance so popular? Aunt Dong, who often dances square dance, told reporters: "Square dance is not difficult to learn. It can not only exercise, but also make friends. It is refreshing to come out and dance with everyone every day."

For this reason, more and more middle-aged and elderly people have joined the square dance team, but it has also brought problems such as noise and occupying the venue. Conflicts between square dance participants and surrounding residents have occurred frequently. The square dance was also confronted by throwing water bags and high-pitched guns upstairs, and even staged a fight, which not only brought harm to both sides, but also affected social harmony and stability.

Not only the square dance, but also the fitness activities such as running, whipping and playing top have been controversial. For example, the "runaway group" arbitrarily encroaches on motor vehicle lanes, ignores traffic lights, and affects traffic safety; Cyclists are crazy about "racing", shuttling back and forth on the sidewalk and accidentally hitting pedestrians; Whip-throwers dance like flies, making the surrounding fitness people jumpy … …

In this regard, Pang Jiulin, director of Beijing Chunlin Law Firm, said that road rampage and motor vehicle lane "racing" are not only uncivilized behaviors, but also suspected of breaking the law. According to Articles 31 and 61 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, no unit or individual may occupy roads for non-traffic activities without permission; Pedestrians should walk on sidewalks, and those without sidewalks should walk by the roadside. According to Article 57 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, driving non-motor vehicles on the road should comply with the relevant traffic safety regulations, and non-motor vehicles should drive in non-motor vehicle lanes; On the road without non-motor vehicle lanes, you should drive on the right side of the roadway.

"Exercise is understandable, and everyone should participate, but personal interests should not be based on the distress of others and interfere with the normal life of others." Yang Hongshan, a professor at the School of Public Administration of Renmin University of China, said.

Combining rigidity with softness to solve the problem of disturbing people

"It’s not that I haven’t complained, but it has been ineffective. When the managers came, they could only persuade the dancers to turn down the music, and when they left, the sound was loud again. " Liu Xiaoyun said helplessly.

Yang Hongshan believes that the uncivilized phenomenon of public fitness is frequent, and one of the important reasons is the lack of rules and regulations for uncivilized behavior. The existing norms are not clear enough. "Where and when to dance in square dance, what rules to follow, and the level of sound, even if it disturbs the people, who will coordinate and who will supervise, should have clear regulations."

In fact, in recent years, the governance of "disturbing people’s fitness" such as square dance has been strengthened. In 2017, the Notice on Guiding the Healthy Development of Square Dance Activities issued by the State Sports General Administration stipulated that the noise generated by square dance fitness activities should not affect the surrounding students’ classes and the normal life of residents. On August 17th this year, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution in People’s Republic of China (PRC) (Draft) was submitted to the 30th meeting of the 13th the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) for deliberation, and the existing law was revised, and it was proposed to punish the noise disturbing people in public places.

Wang Yi, an expert from the Expert Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, said that the relevant laws are not perfect at present, and he suggested that a law on the management of urban public spaces should be formulated to restrict the behavior of urban public spaces.

After the specification is clear, it needs to be implemented more forcefully. "The current law enforcement needs to be strengthened. If we can establish a more professional urban management team and increase the law enforcement of behaviors that affect the order of urban management, it will be of great help to reduce such behaviors." Wang Yi said.

"Civilized urban public space was not formed in a day. Punishment is not an end, and regulations alone cannot be done once and for all. " Yang Hongshan believes that publicity and education should be strengthened to guide people to establish a sense of civilization and improve their own quality.

"Legal education should start with dolls." Wang Yi believes that legal education should be strengthened from kindergarten and primary school, and the proportion and class hours of legal courses should be increased, so as to enhance the public morality of the whole people and form a self-discipline atmosphere in the whole society that does not cross the border and affect others.

In addition to hard law enforcement, there are also many places that try to use technical means to solve such problems skillfully.

Recently, the smart square dance system installed in Shanghai Minhang Gumei Population and Culture Park has been well received by nearby residents. The system uses directional sound technology to control the sound propagation range within the included angle of 30 in front of it. The sound in the directional area is clear, but the sound on the side and back decreases rapidly. The sound that is vaguely similar to the "buzzing" of mosquitoes is heard at the side 70 meters or the back 50 meters. In order to strictly control the upward transmission volume and avoid disturbing the residents of nearby high-rise residential buildings, the grape trellis where the system is located is equipped with a ceiling.

Since its installation one month ago, the street office has received almost zero complaints from residents about square dance. A resident living nearby said: "After the ceiling is installed, the sound of square dance can hardly be heard at home."

More and more cities such as Beijing, Nanning, Chengdu, etc. have sprung up "silent square dance": without high-decibel loudspeakers, the whole square is quiet, and the aunts and grandmothers wearing wireless FM headphones move neatly and dance.

  Reasonable planning of urban space

In the view of Zhang Shangwu, a professor in college of architecture and urban planning, from the disturbance of square dance to the occupation of roads by "mobsters" and "bikers" all reflect the contradiction between the supply of public services and the demand for national fitness.

Li Jia, a cycling enthusiast, is often troubled by the difficulty in finding a venue suitable for cycling and fitness. "Bicycle lanes on many roads are very narrow. In many places, bicycle lanes and car auxiliary roads are mixed, and electric cars and pedestrians often appear on bicycle lanes, which is very unsafe." Li Jia told reporters.

According to the data released by the State Sports General Administration, by the end of 2020, there were 3,713,400 sports venues nationwide, covering an area of 3.099 billion square meters, with a per capita sports venue area of 2.20 square meters. This has improved compared with previous years, but it is still far below the level of neighboring countries such as Japan and South Korea, and there is a big gap in outdoor sports infrastructure.

"This is not unrelated to China’s past urban construction standards and construction concepts." Zhang Shangwu pointed out that in the past, urban planning and construction mainly focused on the traffic function of streets, but paid insufficient attention to the slow traffic and daily life functions and activities, and the residents’ daily fitness space was insufficient. In modern urban life, streets are increasingly endowed with multiple roles. An ideal street is not only an infrastructure for vehicles and pedestrians, but also an important space carrier for urban life and public activities. The new street space design should adapt to the new social needs.

In this regard, many experts interviewed by the reporter said that it is necessary to work hard in increments, increase the supply of fitness venues, open up some sections for sports enthusiasts, and designate special fitness venues.

From the Healthy China Action (2019— 2030), to Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of National Fitness Facilities and Developing Mass Sports, National Fitness Plan (2021— 2025) and other documents have been issued. In recent years, the state has continuously introduced relevant policy guidelines to promote the creation of a "15-minute fitness circle" and fully solve the problem of "where to exercise" for the masses.

Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission organized and implemented the short-board project of national fitness facilities, and arranged for the central budget to invest 2 billion yuan to support 177 public service facilities projects in sports parks, national fitness centers and public stadiums, including standard track and field runways and standard football venues, social football venues, fitness trails and outdoor sports.

Zhang Shangwu said that the redistribution of public activity space should be carefully calculated, and the rational use of public space should be guided and the potential of space resources should be tapped and integrated through urban planning and legal construction. "For example, we can integrate the internal space of some units with the urban space, and coordinate the playgrounds and small green spaces within some schools, enterprises and institutions to be open to the public for use in a specific period of time, so as to improve the efficiency of space utilization. Of course, this is inseparable from the improvement of the city’s refined governance capacity. " Zhang Shangwu said.

Revitalize Kugaji, marginal land and other resources, and plan to build multifunctional sports fields, sports parks, fitness trails and stadiums that are close to the community, accessible and open to the public … … Everywhere is already in action. Beijing will open bicycle lanes, build 36 kilometers of community hiking trails in 2020, and complete the comprehensive management of 378 kilometers of slow-moving systems; Chengdu issued the first "Guidelines for Setting Sports Space at Home" to promote the implantation of sports facilities in "Silver Corners in Phnom Penh" such as old factories, roof spaces and spaces under bridges, and 50 "Community Sports Corners" at home will be built this year; Jiangsu has accelerated the construction of sports parks, and has built more than 1,300 sports parks covering urban and rural areas, with a per capita public sports area of 3.15 square meters … …

I believe that with the joint efforts of all parties, people with different sports needs can have somewhere to go, and "where to exercise" will no longer be a difficult problem.

Is the IQ tax behind the "magic medicine" to delay myopia or is it really miraculous?

Have you ever seen a "magic medicine" in your parents’ circle?

An eye drop that claims to "delay myopia"

Some people buy it and some people go to online hospital to buy it.

There are even people who make it themselves.

Low concentration of atropine (0.01% atropine sulfate)

Is it an IQ tax or does it work wonders?

1. What is atropine?

Atropine is a classic old medicine. As an anticholinergic drug, it has a variety of pharmacological effects, which can help detoxify and relieve gastrointestinal spasm when pesticide poisoning occurs. Its clinical application in ophthalmology mainly includesAt present, the mydriasis of paralytic ciliary muscles is mostly used in optometry for children and adolescents.Slow mydriatic agentUse.

The earliest research on the prevention of myopia by atropine was conducted in Singapore. The research confirmed that low concentration of atropine (0.01% atropine sulfate) can inhibit the axial growth caused by myopia and delay the rapid progress of myopia.

2. How hot is atropine?

Strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology in Xiamen Eye CenterXie RenyiThe deputy director said that every time he went to the outpatient clinic, at least three or five parents came to consult about the low-concentration atropine eye drops. There were many children who had used them for two or three years, mostly aged 7 to 9. An ophthalmologist in Xiamen has been using low-concentration atropine for her daughter for four months, and many "little glasses" among her classmates are using the same eye drops. According to foreign media reports, many parents all over the country went to Shanghai specially to prepare a low-concentration atropine eye drop for their children.

3、Atropine is not officially listed.

It should be noted that low concentration atropine eye drops have not been officially listed in mainland China. In fact, it is not easy to buy low concentration atropine eye drops. Many parents buy hospital preparations from China, Taiwan Province and Singapore, and some parents buy hospital preparations from individual hospitals in China through friends. These are not drugs that have been approved by the state for listing.

Deputy Director Xie Renyi introduced,A drug can only be listed as a new drug after the clinical verification stage is over and the expert review is passed.Although the current clinical evidence shows that low concentration of atropine eye drops has a certain effect on myopia prevention and control, domestic ophthalmologists have not yet reached a complete consensus on the long-term side effects and potential complications.

4. Can I use atropine?

Deputy Director Xie Renyi stressed: "This kind of eye drops is a kind of medicine, not suitable for everyone. It is most important for children to cultivate scientific eye habits and increase outdoor activities. This eye drop is an unlisted drug, so abuse is not recommended. "

5, blind abuse is not desirable

Xie Renyi, deputy director, said that many parents will buy atropine, and even some will make it themselves. not to mentionThere are also risks such as improper drug concentration, unstable ingredients and contamination of pathogens, which affect the comfort of eyes and cause damage, and may bring unexpected side effects.

In addition,People who are allergic to atropine are not suitable for use!For example, after use, symptoms such as blurred vision and photophobia may occur. Moreover, low concentration of atropine is not effective for all myopia patients, and the literature reports that there is a non-response rate of 10%-15%, that is, it does not work. In addition, some children will have allergic symptoms such as local itching and low fever.

Deputy Director Xie Renyi said that the prevention and control of myopia should be treated according to the actual situation of patients. Effective control is that myopia progresses within 50 degrees a year, and if it is above 75 degrees, other intervention methods or joint intervention can be considered. "Children who are using low concentrations of atropine must come to the hospital every three months." He said that this follow-up is to check the intraocular pressure, pupil, eye surface and eye adjustment function to ensure the health of medication.

if it isBlind use of glaucoma or other hidden diseases will aggravate the condition.. According to media reports, a 7-year-old child in Hangzhou is 100 degrees short-sighted. His father dripped low-concentration atropine every night, but when he went to check again, he found that the child’s intraocular pressure increased. The doctor said that if the intraocular pressure remained at a high level for a long time, it would damage the optic nerve.

In addition, Deputy Director Xie Renyi also reminded that although the concentration is low, it is stillSome children may have a rebound in myopia after stopping using this eye drop. For example, during the medication period, the original annual increase is controlled within 25 degrees. After stopping the drug, the degree may suddenly increase too fast in one year. If it exceeds 75 degrees in one year, you should consult a doctor immediately.

Scientific prevention and control of myopia

Want to play < combination boxing >

1. Pay attention to eye habits

1 Use less electronic products: Babies under 2 years old should not watch TV, computers, mobile phones, ipad and other electronic products. Babies over 2 years old should not use electronic products for more than 30 minutes every day.

② Follow the "20-20-20" eye protection rule when using eyes at close range.

Remember to keep "one punch, one foot and one inch" when writing and reading.

2. Do more outdoor sports.

Two hours of outdoor activities every day can effectively prevent myopia. Sunlight irradiation can stimulate the secretion of dopamine, which plays a positive role in preventing and controlling myopia.

3. Go to bed early and get enough sleep.

The results show that the later the time, the higher the incidence of myopia. It is best for children to go to bed at 8:30 in the evening and go to bed early to ensure adequate sleep time. Only after a good sleep can the muscles around the eyes (eyes) be completely relaxed, which is conducive to using the eyes the next day.
The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) gives the best sleep time for infants and adolescents:
4-12 months: 12-16 hours; 1-2 years old: 11-14 hours; 3-5 years old: 10-13 hours; 6-12 years old: 9-12 hours; 13-18: 8-10 hours.

4. Regular vision screening

6 months: A baby born normally should go to the hospital for refractive screening at about 6 months. About 3 years old: start teaching children to know the eye chart, and check their eyesight and diopter regularly every 6-12 months. 6-18 years old: It is recommended to check your eyesight every 6-12 months, and children with glasses should undergo mydriasis optometry every 12 months.

5. Orthokeratology mirror (OK mirror)

OK lens is a kind of hard and breathable contact lens with reverse geometric design. It only needs to be worn when sleeping at night to maintain clear vision during the day. Long-term wearing can delay the development of myopia.

Foreign investment access list is smaller and more open.

From July 28, a series of restrictions on foreign investment in banking, securities, automobile manufacturing, power grid construction, railway trunk road network construction and chain gas station construction will be lifted. The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce recently released the negative list of foreign investment access in 2018, and launched a new round of opening-up measures in 22 fields including finance, infrastructure, transportation and trade circulation.

Investigation on mobile phone surfing of college students: over 40% surf the Internet for more than 5 hours every day.

China Youth Network, Beijing, October 21st "It’s not that I’m not sleepy. I just want to wait. As for what? I don’t know, I just want to wait. "This passage has become the mantra of many college students. And this "wait", most of them are brushing their mobile phones. So, how long do college students surf the Internet on their mobile phones every day? What are you mainly doing? Are you worried about network security?

Recently, China Youth Network Campus News Agency conducted a questionnaire survey among 1,220 college students around the country. The results show that more than 40% of students surf the Internet for more than 5 hours every day, and more than 80% of students surf the Internet mainly for social chat. Most students think that surfing the Internet by mobile phone makes mobile payment, information acquisition and social communication more convenient. Nearly 90% of students are worried about network security, and most students expect the network speed of 5G to be faster and more convenient for study and life.

Over 40% of students surf the Internet on their mobile phones for more than 5 hours every day, and over 80% of students mainly chat socially.

Wu Lin, a student of Sichuan Agricultural University, uses his mobile phone to surf the Internet every day for about 6 hours. "It has become my habit to brush my mobile phone when I wake up every day. Now surfing the Internet is a daily need. I feel that I don’t have much to do except surfing the Internet. I like chatting, watching news and playing games online when I have no classes. I can’t stop playing my mobile phone."

Like Wu Lin, there are not a few college students who have the habit of surfing the Internet for a long time. According to a survey conducted by a reporter from China Youth Network, 41.56% of college students spend more than five hours on their mobile phones every day. When surfing the Internet, 83.93% of the students mainly chat socially, followed by consulting materials and listening to songs, accounting for 62.46% and 58.61% respectively.

"I am deeply dependent on the Internet, partly because of my shortcomings in social skills." Joline, a student of Northwest Normal University, told reporters that she is introverted and unwilling to communicate face to face. She can express herself more directly and accurately online. She will keep a diary on the trumpet in Weibo, and what she is embarrassed to say in person can be expressed by WeChat. "Besides, I can also tell my story with strangers through Zhihu."

Mobile Internet access makes mobile payment, information acquisition and social communication more convenient.

So what convenience does mobile Internet access bring to college students’ daily life? In the survey, China Youth Network reporter found that most of the students interviewed thought that surfing the Internet by mobile phone made mobile payment, information acquisition and social communication more convenient, accounting for 90.25%, 80.49% and 78.52% respectively.

"Now you don’t have to bring cash when you go shopping. It’s really convenient to pay by QR code." Zhao Tingting, a student at Guilin University of Technology, said that it used to be troublesome to use cash for shopping. Now, with mobile payment, the mobile phone can scan the code to pay, which not only saves a lot of time, but also brings great convenience to life.

Chen Yixin, a student at Chengdu University of Information Science and Technology, told reporters that after going to college, she often chats with her parents online. "Sometimes I use WeChat videos, and it is very convenient to contact them anytime and anywhere even if I don’t go home." She also said that now she mainly watches news through Weibo and news apps, so she can keep abreast of the latest hot events, which is very fast.

The picture shows the proportion of convenience brought by mobile internet access to life. China Youth Network reporter Li Huaxi cartography

Nearly 90% are worried about network security, and most students expect 5G network speed to be faster and study and life more convenient.

Xie Wenyi is a student of Shandong University of Technology, and he attaches great importance to network security. "I have learned that bank card deposits may be stolen by clicking on the link to help bargain, which makes me very worried about network security." In order to avoid the disclosure of personal information, he will be more cautious when registering his account. He told reporters that many friends around him have fallen into the trap of online fraud, so they must strengthen their prevention.

The results of this survey show that 88.03% of the respondents are as worried about network security as Xie Wenyi. In addition to network security issues, 5G has also become a hot topic this year. When talking about the expectation of the 5G era, 87.38% of the respondents hope that 5G will make the network speed faster, and secondly, it will make the study and life more convenient and the video quality clearer, accounting for 86.64% and 71.31% respectively.

Hong Yumin studied in Hope College of Southwest Jiaotong University, and she needed to surf the Internet frequently for professional reasons. When talking about 5G, she said that 5G is a "good medicine" for architectural drawing. It doesn’t take a long time to download the software installation package, which greatly shortens the students’ drawing time. Compared with 4G, 5G is more stable and not easy to get stuck. When drawing, you don’t have to worry about network failure, which can guarantee the smooth birth of the work.

The picture shows the proportion of college students’ expectations for 5 G. China Youth Network reporter Li Huaxi cartography

Teachers in colleges and universities suggest that Internet surfing time should be arranged reasonably and network security protection should be done well.

Yang Mei, an administrative teacher at School of Information Engineering, Sichuan Agricultural University, believes that college students spend more time on the Internet than study time. Although this has become a common phenomenon, students are advised to pay attention to study. "At present, many students will become very anxious when they leave their mobile phones. In fact, students will make good use of the Internet to arrange their free time and pay more attention to WeChat official account and online classes related to their majors or employment, which will be helpful for future postgraduate entrance examinations or job hunting."

"Don’t easily click on pop-up web pages or unreliable advertising links shared by others, which are likely to contain viruses. When surfing the Internet in Internet cafes outside, don’t connect your USB flash drive, mobile phone and other things containing important personal information to your computer, which is easy to cause network security problems." At the same time, as the class teacher of the students, Yang Mei recommends students with poor self-control to use professional APP for entertainment time management, hoping that students can concentrate on their studies and focus on their studies.

This semester, Fan Yingjie, a teacher of Marxism College of Chengdu University, asked students to strengthen self-discipline, stay away from the internet at least half a day to one day in class and at ordinary times, and learn to control themselves. She hopes that through these ways, students can understand that instead of constantly paying attention to other people’s lives through mobile phones, it is better to live their own lives and do their own things in a down-to-earth manner.

Fan Yingjie also mentioned that regarding the issue of network security, the relevant state departments released a lot of warning case materials when promoting network security, hoping that students would learn more about it. "When using mobile phones or computers to surf the Internet, students should not randomly click unfamiliar links to avoid revealing personal information on the Internet, and try their best to do network security protection." (At the request of the interviewee, the names of the students in this article are all pseudonyms.)

Strive to be small farmers and grow potatoes together. The natural labor practice activities of primary and middle school students in Wuhan started

Hubei Daily News (reporter Li Xianhong, correspondent Zhang Wei, Wang Lu and Lu Wei) strives to be small farmers and grow potatoes together. On March 8th, Wuhan Agriculture and Rural Bureau sent 1000 Jin of virus-free potato seeds to Wuhan Foreign Language School, and officially launched the natural labor practice activities for primary and middle school students in 2024. On the same day, students planted potatoes in the school labor practice base under the leadership of agricultural experts, spreading the hope of spring.

Zhu Hua, an agricultural expert and senior agronomist, told the children the story of potato introduced to China, demonstrated the growth pictures of potatoes in different periods, explained the skills of potato planting and maintenance, and led the children to dig, dig pits, plant seedlings and water … The students carefully planted potato seedlings in the soil, and they will grow under the careful care of the children.

According to the relevant person in charge of Wuhan Foreign Language School, since 2021, the school has carried out a series of labor ecological education courses with the theme of "practicing labor education and creating an ecological campus" to let children experience labor and gain happiness.

According to reports, Wuhan Education Bureau and Wuhan Agriculture and Rural Bureau organized 20 pilot schools, including Wuhan Foreign Language School, Wuhan Qiyi Huayuan Middle School, Jianghan District Wansongyuan Primary School, Wuhan No.4 Junior High School, Wuhan Erqiao Middle School, Hubei Wuchang Experimental Primary School and Optics Valley No.15 Primary School, to carry out labor practice activities of planting potatoes. Next, Wuhan will expand the labor practice of planting common crops to 100 pilot schools in the city. The education department will also work with the agricultural department to build a number of off-campus bases for natural labor practice. Through these activities, children can learn about "five grains" and practice "four bodies", cultivate patience and perseverance, learn to cooperate with others, and improve teamwork ability.

Wuhan Agriculture and Rural Bureau will give full play to the advantages of Academician Deng Zixin’s popular science studio team, agricultural technology experts and professional growers, and jointly promote a series of natural labor practice activities for primary and secondary school students with the education department, and guide primary and secondary school students to work and love labor through practical projects such as crop planting, maintenance, processing, picking, cooking, handicrafts and intangible skills.

Zhu Hua said: "Nature is the best teacher. Every child can release his nature here and know the natural laws of spring, summer, autumn harvest and winter storage through labor. The agricultural and rural departments are willing to care for the growth of children like watering crops."

Ma Huailong’s busy year: Go to the Spring Festival Evening with special products, and help after returning! The New Year’s Eve dinner arranged with the old people was arranged after the Lantern Festiv

Sun Guidong, all-media reporter on the Peninsula, Jiang Kai, Mao Ziquan

Bring Wang Gezhuang’s big steamed bread and other Qingdao specialties to the Spring Festival Evening, and CALL; Qingdao for extra points; During the rehearsal, the phone kept on, and every old man’s New Year’s Eve dinner was arranged. A family of three celebrated the New Year in three places respectively. After the Spring Festival Evening in anxious to return, the gifts bought for the elderly can no longer fit, and the dinner arranged with the elderly has been arranged after the Lantern Festival … As a representative of the most beautiful grass-roots police in China, Ma Huailong, a policeman from Xinglong Road Police Station, Shibei Branch of Qingdao Public Security Bureau, was invited to watch CCTV Spring Festival Evening. I am busy in the process of attending the Spring Festival Gala. What are your feelings at the Spring Festival Gala? On the eve of the Spring Festival, our reporter went to CCTV to participate in the Spring Festival Gala exclusively with the policeman Ma Huailong, and recorded the story in this different kind of Spring Festival.

Buy gifts for the elderly between cars.

Qingdao specialty "not enough points" and "dragon" big steamed bread are too bright

On February 8, policeman Ma Huailong took a box full of Qingdao specialties and set foot on the train to Beijing. In his suitcase, he bought Wanggezhuang big steamed bread, Laoshan coke, Laoshan white snake grass water and green calcium milk biscuits in advance.

Ma Huailong said that in the backstage of the rehearsal of CCTV Spring Festival Evening, there are guests and actors from all over the country. Bringing these Qingdao specialties for them to taste is also to promote our Qingdao characteristics.

"It’s too popular, and there are staff members who come to the background to find these specialties." Ma Huailong said that the most eye-catching is Wanggezhuang Big Steamed Bread with the theme of year of the loong. People in many places have never seen such a big and creative steamed bread. Many guests came to ask about the production method, and they were full of praise after tasting it.

After coming back from the Spring Festival Evening, I will send gifts to help the people’s homes.

Laoshan coke, white snake grass water and calcium milk biscuits were quickly eaten in the background of the rehearsal. Ma Huailong lamented that it is not enough to take a few more boxes. The key point is to let more people know about our Qingdao characteristics. At the same time, in the warm-up video before the official start of the Spring Festival Evening, CCTV also introduced Wang Gezhuang’s big steamed bread.

"With the help of a big stage like CCTV, let more people know about Qingdao specialties," Ma Huailong said. Many people also came to ask for specific details and asked about the purchase.

Bo Huang and Lao Ma celebrate the New Year together, and the number of views in Weibo exceeds 10 million

On the stage of this year’s CCTV Spring Festival Gala, Qingdao star Bo Huang is also highly anticipated by people all over the country. As early as before the Spring Festival Gala began, Bo Huang repeatedly forwarded reports about police officer Ma Huailong.

This year’s China People’s Police Festival, Bo Huang wrote in his Weibo, "Like Ma Huailong, the most beautiful grass-roots policeman in Qingdao! Pay tribute to every people’s policeman and wish you a happy Police Day! "

In the gap between rehearsals, Bo Huang also specially gave the old horse a surprise. Bo Huang deliberately found the old horse, and together they used Qingdao dialect to pay a New Year call to the people of the whole country. "Bo Huang is the star of Qingdao, and many people who help others are his die-hard fans," said Ma Huailong. After learning that he was going to participate in the Spring Festival Evening program, many old people asked Lao Ma to help Bo Huang find a photo instead of them.

"Success helped them realize their wishes," said Ma Huailong, who also shared the good news with the people who helped them. And the video of two people paying New Year’s greetings together quickly became a hot topic in Weibo, and the number of views soon exceeded 10 million.

Bo Huang sang "Pinyin" live in the Spring Festival Evening, singing the love between father and son. Ma Huailong said that after listening to this song, he actually felt deeply in his heart and sang it in his heart. It is also such a family relationship between him and helping the elderly. When listening to songs, many pictures with the old people come to mind.

A family of three is busy with their wives and daughters’ "happy reunion"

Even if I attend the Spring Festival Evening, the old horse is most concerned about the elderly who need help in the community. During the follow-up visit, the old horse’s mobile phone almost never stopped. He told the volunteers and the old people in every detail, and told them not to burn the old people even when they cooked dumplings.

During the Spring Festival, he was most concerned about helping the elderly eat dumplings. Under the influence of Ma Huailong, his wife and daughter have already joined the volunteer team. On the night of New Year’s Eve, my daughter went to a helping family to pack jiaozi with the elderly and watch the Spring Festival Gala. The wife is at home, and invites another helper to come home to have dinner together.

Sacrifice little reunion, have a happy ending. Ma Huailong said that he has become a relative with the object of help, and even though his family of three is in different places, he still feels very warm in his heart.

At the same time, he also carefully selected gifts for the old people. Towels for the rehearsal of the Spring Festival Evening and some mascots were carefully received in the suitcase and ready to be taken back to the elderly. "The red envelopes brought back in the Spring Festival Evening will be brought back, and some cash will be put in them to celebrate the New Year for the old people," Ma Huailong said. Although some old people didn’t say anything, they always thought about what gifts the old horse would bring back.

The gift for the old man can’t fit in the suitcase.

The gift for the old man can’t fit in the suitcase.

When I returned to the hotel where I lived, the suitcase of the old horse was full of gifts except my own clothes. While waiting for the train in the morning, he saw that there was still half an hour before leaving the train. He hurried to the store of the railway station and bought some Beijing specialty products such as snacks.

"These authentic products may not be eaten by the old people at ordinary times, so take them back and try them." Ma Huailong said that the old people in the community kept calling and asking when they would go home and wanted to have a reunion dinner together. In the eyes of the old man, he has been regarded as a relative. Although jiaozi has eaten, the old horse is not here, even if the year is not really over.

After returning, "non-stop" ran between helping the elderly.

At 3: 10 pm on February 10th, Ma Huailong returned to Qingdao from Beijing after attending the Spring Festival Gala. When he went home and put down his luggage, Ma Huailong hurried to the home of Wang Zexie, a disabled old man living alone at No.1 Dasha Branch Road, because when he was in Beijing years ago, Ma Huailong learned that the old man was suddenly hospitalized due to illness, which made Ma Huailong worried at that time.

On the way back, I’m still sorting out the things that need attention to help the masses.

"Aunt Wang, why didn’t you tell me earlier that you weren’t feeling well?" At 6 o’clock in the evening, Ma Huailong, who saw the old man Wang Zexie, asked some reproachfully. "Officer Ma, you are so busy attending the Spring Festival Gala. I’m sorry to trouble you. I just felt a little uncomfortable. I went to the hospital for observation for 2 days, and now it’s okay. " The old man Wang Zexie said with some apologies. "I am a community policeman. It is my job to take care of you. What’s embarrassing? If you don’t say it, it will make me more worried. You must tell me if you are unwell in the future." Ma Huailong said slowly. Wang Zexie, the old man, nodded and agreed like a child who did something wrong.

Ma Huailong was relieved to see that the old man was in good health. He took out a red scarf and said with a smile, "I specially chose this for you from CCTV. I hope you will be prosperous and healthy in the future." The old man Wang Zexie took the scarf and immediately brought it up for himself. "Officer Ma has a good eye. This scarf looks good." The old man said to himself happily. Ma Huailong took out a "little dragon claw" from his bag and handed it to the old man, letting him pass through the dragon claw with his hand and hold it tightly. "This year is year of the loong, and we are grasping at the dragon’s claws and touching the dragon’s spirit." Ma Huailong said with a smile. Wang Zexie, an old man holding a "little dragon claw", was smiling. When Ma Huailong turned to take back the Beijing specialty, the old man quickly wiped his eyes and put away his happy tears …

On the morning of the second day of February 11th, Ma Huailong rushed to the home of Wang Deting, a lonely old man, to pack jiaozi for the old man, accompany the old man to make up for the New Year’s Eve, and tell the old man about his participation in the Spring Festival Evening. In the afternoon, I went to Wei Ruiqing’s home, a disabled family, to have dinner with the elderly. "I go from house to house to eat with these old people every New Year. For so many years, the old people have also developed a habit. I always feel that I didn’t meet me during the New Year. This year is not counted. Therefore, during the Chinese New Year, I will try my best to find opportunities to meet, talk and have dinner with every old man. It usually starts from the 23 rd day of the twelfth lunar month and is arranged until the eighth day of the first month. " Ma Huailong smiled and explained to reporters.

After coming back from the Spring Festival Gala, I will send gifts to help the people to visit and eat jiaozi together.

After coming back from the Spring Festival Evening, I will send gifts to help the people’s homes.

This year’s participation in CCTV Spring Festival Gala affected the plan to spend the New Year with the elderly. In order not to disappoint the old people, Ma Huailong arranged his first month to the brim. At noon on the third day, I accompanied Wang Tianen, an elderly person living alone, and visited Tian Xuchang and Xu Xiuhua, disabled couples, in the afternoon. In the middle of the fourth day, I lived in the home of Zangmei, a lonely old man, and Zhao Guiqing, a lonely old man at night; Zou Yingkuan, a solitary old man, Zhu Huaying, a centenarian, and Fu Guizhen, a widowed old man … In the first month, Ma Huailong shuttled through these old people’s homes just to let them feel warm during the Spring Festival.

An exclusive dialogue between peninsula reporters and old horse daughters:

I never understood it until I took the initiative to integrate. When I grew up, I became you.

It is easier to be his colleague and the people in his jurisdiction than his daughter and wife; From morning till night, there seems to be endless phone calls, and I didn’t understand the need to pay extra money and time to help others when I was a child. When I grew up, I gradually realized the significance and value of these little things, and took the initiative to join the volunteer service team … 46 keys are the concern of the old policeman for helping the masses in his jurisdiction, and the spirit behind them has also become an example for his daughter Ma Qingqing to learn. Recently, the reporter talked to Ma Qingqing, who works as an auxiliary police officer in the airport branch of Qingdao Public Security Bureau, and listened to how the old horse and kind and simple family style were passed down in her daughter’s eyes.

Ma Qingqing

Never attended a parent-teacher conference. It’s easier to be a colleague and the people in the jurisdiction than to be a daughter.

In 2008, Ma Huailong transferred from the army to the police station to become a community policeman. At that time, my daughter Ma Qingqing was in Grade One.

In my daughter’s impression, my father is always very busy, leaving early and returning late every day.

At the beginning, my daughter was also full of incomprehension. There is a parent-teacher conference at school, and my father has never been there once. When I was in high school, I went home on weekends and saw that other students were all picked up by my father. "My dad never took it once and probably didn’t even know where my classroom was," Ma Qingqing said, filled with envy at that time, wishing his father could spend more time with his family.

I feel a little sick, because my mother is busy before and after, and my father is always busy and has no time to take care of it.

Sometimes I really feel that it is much easier to be a father’s colleague, friend and the people in the jurisdiction than to be a wife and daughter. "In Ma Qingqing’s memory, the number of times her father took care of her illness was almost zero, and her mother was pestering for her growth, while the lonely old man in the jurisdiction was ill and hospitalized, while her father accompanied her bed and delivered meals.

"I go to work early now, and he is earlier than me," Ma Qingqing said. My father usually goes out after 6 o’clock in the morning. Before going to work, he will go to the home of the old people who help him, and some people who are inconvenient to buy food will buy some food and send it there.

Even when I got home, my father kept calling, and it was often several times before I could finish a meal.

"Once my dad was having dinner at home and received a phone call saying that he had a problem with his mother," Ma Qingqing said. At that time, the other party asked police officer Ma if he could go to our house for a walk. My father immediately agreed, and after dinner, he quickly went to the residents’ home to mediate.

Helping the object’s smile warms people’s hearts and takes the initiative to join.

However, when you get in touch with his work and help the family together, you will feel what a meaningful thing it is.

At first, my father was too busy and would ask her to help. Ma Qingqing said that he just wanted to help share some manual labor. My father is too old to be so tired.

With more and more activities, the more I can understand my father’s work, and I can appreciate the happiness and happiness gained from these helping work.

I fell asleep because I was too tired, and I was still holding my mobile phone in my hand to prepare for sorting things out.

I fell asleep because I was too tired.

The first time I went to a grandfather’s house, I helped cook and clean together. Grandpa will sit next to his father and talk about trivial things as if he were chatting with his own son. At this moment, the old man didn’t realize that his father was a helping policeman.

Ma Qingqing said that at that moment, she realized that her father’s job was not just to help others, but to really treat each other as relatives. It is a very lucky thing to be able to turn strangers into relatives and gain their recognition and trust at the same time. Later, I went to my grandmother’s house and regarded myself as my granddaughter.

When they saw their father’s death, there was a smile on their faces. This kind of smile made her unforgettable for a long time and felt incomparable warmth and healing.

Slowly, she helped passively from the beginning and began to take the initiative to help the elderly clean up with her father. During the Chinese New Year holiday, they went to help the family have a reunion dinner. Now, as long as I have time, I will follow my father to help the object’s home for a while and chat with them like friends, so I will feel very comfortable and have a sense of accomplishment.

Time is divided into 46 families and they still feel that they are not taken care of enough.

"Although my dad has done a lot, sharing it with so many people will leave everyone with little time," Ma Qingqing said. In the process of helping, they all regard each other as family and can chat and talk together. However, sometimes there are regrets.

Ma Qingqing said that a grandfather met in 2013 and passed away a few days ago. The grandfather went out to work when he was young and didn’t get married. After coming back, only the household registration is here, and there is no file or house. Later, my father managed to arrange public rental housing for him and visited him every year.

The gift for the old man can’t fit in the suitcase.

I left a few days ago, because the child was still young, and my father didn’t let her go to the hospital. Later, when I mentioned it, I was very sad, like my grandfather who had known me for many years died suddenly.

"I had something to go out that weekend, and on the way back, I suddenly cried when my nose was sour." Ma Qingqing said that his grandfather regarded his family as his closest relatives, and his photo with them was always in the most conspicuous position. They will visit whenever they have time. When the old man died, she regretted not visiting more.

"It is in every accumulation that I slowly understand his work." Ma Qingqing said with red eyes that it is a fate for them to know these people at work.

Family tradition, daughter and son-in-law all join in

"Under the influence of my dad, I feel that it is a very happy thing to help others, rather than simply as a commuting job, hoping to gain something.

Like working in an airport, I can get in touch with many travelers, especially those who come to Qingdao for the first time. Sometimes they can’t find a network car, and their mood will be very upset. She hopes to help them solve their problems, calm their emotions and contribute to the safe operation of the airport.

Under the influence of their father, they also slowly joined the team. Now, her partner will help to look after the elderly when she has time.

"My partner is more supportive of my father’s work than I am," Ma Qingqing said. He felt that this was a meaningful thing, and the whole family should support Qi Xin.

At the same time, this spirit of helping others is a family style. She also hopes to bring her son in in the future, pass on this kind heart from generation to generation, and help more people together.

Knowing your father better after becoming an auxiliary police officer is an example to learn from.

In 2021, Ma Qingqing became an auxiliary police officer in the Airport Public Security Bureau.

In the eyes of colleagues, since joining the auxiliary police force, Ma Qingqing has been diligent, willing to learn, dedicated and responsible. Although I am an office worker, I often go to the duty room to help, and my professionalism is relatively high.

Previously, a child was lost at the airport. After receiving the alarm, she immediately helped to find the monitoring and helped her colleagues find the trace of the child in less than half an hour.

Usually, the back office work is busy and always handled in a clear way.

However, it was not until a few days ago that everyone knew that Ma Huailong was going to watch the Spring Festival Gala that colleagues discovered their father-daughter relationship from some video clips.

Ma Qingqing himself has joined the public security team now, and his father has a great influence on himself. First of all, the execution is very strong. When the old man encounters any difficulties, he never hesitates and will solve them now.

Secondly, I am very patient at work. Sometimes helping people with all kinds of things, all kinds of processes are complicated, but he solves them patiently. I have never felt that this is very troublesome and difficult, and I have always faced difficulties.

"These are all worth learning," said Ma Qingqing, who is now engaged in the back office work of the police station, and things are rather complicated. From her father, she learned to be patient and meticulous, to do everything one by one, and not to give up easily.

Since last year, she has participated in 12 Golden Shield volunteer service activities carried out by the police station, sent more than 300 leaflets to merchants, and served more than 600 merchants, and the number of passengers who have helped is even more difficult to count.
